Service was great and very patient when I had to clarify part of the address I was mailing a package to. Lobby was clean and had lots of mailboxes.

Horrible! Do not go here. They didn’t deliver a package and claimed it was insufficient address. It was a verified address. Stupid people.

Worse post office, employees don't care, they only there for a check, they can't deliver mail right, they can't hold mail when out of town. If you are moving to south ogden would not recommend living in this area of post office. Go up north better service.

USPS destroyed multiple packages of mine in under 24hrs of “attempted delivery” due to a “processing error”. When I went to get this resolved Jessie Gauthier the supervisor of customer service acted as if I was harassing her when I simply provided proof of the error being 100% USPS’s fault. She was huffing and puffing, taking off her glasses to neatly fold them and glare at me, drooping her head down as if she was a victim… just unreal “customer service” behavior. Other employees even apologized and empathized with me further once she left to go back to her office. Zero resolution was given to me other than hoping that all merchants will refund me due to the USPS deciding to dispose of items at will.

Friendly service, though (surprise) the line can be a bit slow at times.Stays open for customers to get counter help till 2pm on Saturdays, which is convenient.Lots of PO boxes here.

don't get my mail had a lot a mailed returned to sender and I know this cause sender contacted me and asked for my new address reported to the postmaster and never got back with me ... Probably cause I used to work there since I wasn't fast enough was let go ever since then my mail issue started very unprofessional

They don’t deliver my mail for two weeks because they say that my car (which is parked far away from the mail box) is blocking their way. Now I think it’s personal because “your majesty” is not delivering it even when there are no cars parked there. I wish those guys would go work for Amazon for a couple months to learn how to do it.
