Supervisor for Farr West area refused to enforce postal law. She told me to get a post office box in ogden and do a 40 minute ride to pickup my mail everyday. She needs to be briefed on mail box regulations and do her job. I have a mailbox within 20 feet why would she tell me to do a 40 minute drive just so she didn't have to follow the law.

Was supposed to have packages delivered MAY 2nd 2025 and was refused by mailer and was told I had to pay extra to receive my packages?!?! Never heard that in my 6 years using USPS. I run a business and now don’t have my product. Terrible service

This facility is always losing/misplacing my packages. No wonder it has a 2.3 star rating. Not to mention the non existent customer service. Shameful

Mail carrier continues to lie and say my mailbox is blocked when it is not. Won't deliver my mail anymore. Tried calling the office and no one's there to answer? Why are they hiring horrible workers who are lazy and don't do their jobs?

Moved in November 2024 and finally got the new address activated at the post office. Wow what a grueling experience. I hope I never have to move again. I can't go through that again. The incompetence is unbelievable. Time to get rid of the USPS.

I’ve been here quite a few times and Enrique is always helpful! He is the first one you see when you walk in the door and he greets with a smile, has a great attitude, super helpful and if he doesn’t know an answer he asks right away and gets help. 5 stars for Enrique!!!!!

This USPS location really prides itself on its rating; everybody there appears to be trying their hardest to get their location to 1 star. Well, here's a 1 star from me. You're welcome.
Nobody answers the phone, meaning you have to go in to talk with someone, even for the simplest things. Then when you get there, there's a huge line, probably because they don't answer their phone which forces everybody to come in...
The only thing worse than getting mail, is not being able to get your mail.

They explain things to you like you’re a toddler with no actual help & act like you are disturbing them when you need help. Packages never get delivered on time.

Should have gotten the name, but your employee today has been extremely helpful and friendly. Educated me on how to send a package properly if the envelope contains a gift card, and I bought extra stamps just for that purpose thanks to him. He has a beard and was working at the very left station. Thank you!

I can't even with this rating...have worked with them for 5+ years as a post office box holder and have had an amazing experience every time I've needed their assistance. More recently, I mistakenly sent Lowe's items as deliverable to there (4 large boxes, 2 of which were heavy). The worker who helped me was so gracious over it all..thank you! (Rosemary in particular and yes I answered their survey :)

They reject customers before the store even is close to closing
