This pharmacy is idiotic. They leave and close down the pharmacy randomly for the rest of the day. If you need medicine for a serious health condition, DO NOT fill your prescriptions here. You never know when they will close down the pharmacy for the rest of the day.

Not a good experience here. The customer service was very poor. I had a prescription sent there three days earlier and when I went in to get it, they said it wouldn’t be ready for another hour and a half. I explained that I had to delay my trip so I could get these meds, but that I was supposed to be leaving right after the pharmacy visit and couldn’t delay longer. The lady at the register was incredibly rude and said that “a lot of people were also waiting on their medications.” I understand that a lot of people are also needing medications, but her dismissive attitude was ridiculous. I felt incredibly frustrated and she feigned zero sympathy. I will not be going to this location EVER again. I might even just skip Walgreen’s in general.

Little Asian pharmacy girl has no senses of good customer service. Immediately interrupts and is very rude. She doesn’t even pretend to be a good person.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in utah. The people that work here are rude and seem to enjoy waisting your time. If you need a prescription from this place be prepared to wait up to 8 hours on any given day. I have switched pharmacies after using this one for a few months and have never been happier. I would suggest going anywhere else if you have any choice at all.

Seriously such a headache. Couldn't get my meds because of all sorts of different issues. My meds not being in stock, not clearly or willing to contact or communicate with my Medicaid or Dr. Never again will I go through here

I honestly would give this Walgreens 5 stars but due to them being short staffed 2 times in a few months and being closed because of it, I just cannot give them 5 stars.
I do not have a car, I rely on my neighbors to take me where I need to go. I also am 64 and I have stage 4 Cancer. I went to my Doctor on a Friday so they could call in my medication.
I went home after that because my ride needed to get home. Walgreens usually takes a few hours to fill a medication so I usually go home and wait. As it sometimes happens I did not have a ride to pick up my medicine that evening. Now if Walgreens would have called me Friday and let me know they were closed Saturday I would have gotten a different ride on Friday. I was getting ready to go pick it up Saturday, I decided to look on their app to make sure it was open because this has happened before. It showed it was closed. I called and someone in the photo area told me they were closed because they only have 2 pharmacists and one of them is on medical leave. Now I am out of a medication I need badly for 2 days. The other Walgreens nearby told me to go to the hospital if I couldn’t wait until Monday. I suppose I shouldn’t assume a Walgreens will be open.
I have been told by other people to go to a Mom and Pops pharmacy they care about their customers more, Walgreens is everywhere.
I also think the pharmacist that is causing them to be closed should try to find a replacement for his or her position.

One particular Asian employee in the ogden utah store on 12th and Washington is extremely unreasonable and rude, on more than one occasion. Prescriptions are often unavailable and you have to wait. Some of us don't have time or availability to make several trips so I have changed pharmacies.

Thank god the medication my wife needs filled is not for something more serious because it’s clear she will never get it from this pharmacy. Every time we have come in to pick it up there is a new excuse as to why it cannot be filed. FYI, you can’t keep blaming the insurance and doctor’s office when they’ve repeatedly said the issue is with the pharmacy. Someone needs to check and make sure they are hiring actual certified pharmacy technicians and pharmacists before someone has to go without heart medication because they hire people with no background or just don’t feel like working.
Don’t choose this pharmacy if you want to receive your medication, they’ll give you a new reason every time just to avoid filling a pill bottle.

Whoever was working at the window today was beyond rude and not helpful. Thanks for nothing. Just got out of surgery and wanted to fill my prescription. She said sorry we’re out and hung up the phone. So we just drove off.

They had everything I needed and some things I didn't need, but wanted. Pretty good prices, and some fantastic sales.
