Wish I could give less than one star. DO NOT use this pharmacy. I made an appointment for two vaccinations at 4:10pm and didn't end up leaving the place until after 5:10pm. Seeing people come in and out while I was waiting. After being patient for over an hour I walked up asking what is happening and one of the ladies said "sorry but I wasn't the one helping you".... It took them about 20-25 minutes just to "check me in"... they looked confused and inexperienced. Which made me worried. Since I had the appointment made, and was waiting for a long time, I should have been priority. That was not the case. They helped other costumers while keeping me waiting.... So unprofessional. I usually don't write bad reviews, but this was beyond terrible customer service. I will be using other locations in the future. There is a reason this place has a very low ranking. AWFUL!!!!

Poor service. There has never been an easy pickup from this pharmacy; there is always a difficulty. Furthermore, they never answer the phone. I've previously been on hold for well over an hour with no results to show for it. You should go somewhere else. Even though the drive is longer, it will save you time.

The worst pharmacy ever, who cares that you're short staffed. People need medications and can't afford to wait five plus hours for it to be filled. Because this place is so bad at filling my prescription I'm probably going to have to miss more work than I wanted to because I'm really sick right now and need my antibiotics. I've been sitting for hours now in incredible pain because I don't have my inhaler. Please hurry up and do your job correctly. Also the woman who answered the phone for me today was extremely rude and kept hanging up on me even though I wasn't done talking. If you don't like to work here that much maybe they should just shut this pharmacy down since they don't do anything for anyone.

I do not love Walgreens in general but this one's close to my house and every month as freebies where I can get a free picture or two from the photo department. Also, all the employees are super helpful and kind. I just think Walgreens is a little bit too expensive

They're great as a convenience store, but if you're going to fill a prescription, do it somewhere else. None of their fax numbers for Physicians are accurate and they don't bother to try to correct them or make contact with your doctors in order to fill prescriptions. It will take you several days to fill one prescription like it did me. I don't do business there anymore. I hope you won't either. Godspeed.

If you're coming here for the front end, it's pretty much what you would expect for a Walgreens. If you're coming here for a prescription or a vaccine (as I was) expect a very long wait. It took almost 40 minutes before I got the paperwork I needed to finish the check-in process. Then it was another 30 minutes for them to catch up enough to step out from behind the counter to give me my vaccine. After scheduling a 5pm appointment, I expected to be getting my vaccine around 5pm instead it was closer to 5:40pm even after I showed up 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

I guess I'm not the only one having issues with getting my prescriptions filled. My prescriptions are sent in at 11 AM today, and I went in a few hours later to see if they were ready to be picked up they said they would send me a text when it was ready. I never got a text, so I decided to call them and sat on the phone for about 30 minutes before anyone picked up, mind you I'm sitting here with a fever of 103 having to run in and out of the house finally sending my boyfriend out to go pick them up for me because I just don't have the energy anymore they said it would be ready at 4:22 PM, he still sitting there waiting. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with trying to get a prescription filled here. Looks like we will be going to a different pharmacy from now on.

This place is awful!!! Ever since I moved to Ogden I have attempted to get my prescriptions filled at this Walgreens. They have consistently made me feel like a second-class citizen or some sort of junkie. Because of an illness I had years ago I I have to take a medicine that can only be in a muscularly injected. I was also in a severe accident where I almost lost my legs and I take a non narcotic painkiller. It just so happens that this pain reliever is something that is sometimes prescribed to people getting off of opiates. The second they see this medicine or if I go to get my syringes refilled I am made to feel like I've done something wrong. These people make me jump through a million hoops to get the equipment to take my meds, all the time looking down there nose at me like I'm some sort of druggie. I've taken this medication for years with the same type of syringe but today I'm told that "sir that's the wrong needle for what you CLAIM to need it for" wtf. I understand there is an opioid crisis I understand wanting to do your part to keep people from doing drugs. I think that's great but if they think that for one second denying someone syringes helps in the least bit they are as stupid as their haircuts. The only thing they have accomplished is making real drug addicts continue to use dirty needles or even worse to share them with one another and make someone who already hates having to take this type of medicine take their business elsewhere.

Hmm, I'd dismiss this, but I did actually pass by and try out the Walgreens App which seemed have good option for photo prints. It's a good idea with whatever your budget though I think the .25 cent quarter prints from Walmart with Google Photos are an excellent idea if you are strapped for cash, you might then not be such a joke or dillusionally distant because you can visit Walmart or in this more Photo N*** assuming call of mine could have something to do to get you out of the house exercising at the easiest least of what walking to the bus stop and through the store amounts to. Don't forget to say 'Hi' to each Human you pass by, they might say it to and not only would you both get 'Hi' you'd be sure you were ground in the gravity of sober minded social understood like living.

I've been shopping and filling my prescriptions at this store for years. Between insurance and my copays. I have spent several hundreds of dollars there. I turned in an RX and rather than wait. I said I'd pick it up the next day. I came back the next day and it was never filled. As I was waiting and looking at items on the aisle. The Pharmacist (very rudely) told me he won't fill my RX unless I take a seat and wait over there. I let him know how rude he was being and had to get the store manager involved. I had never had a single problem before this and was incensed by his actions. I called the customer service 800 number and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I finally spoke to somebody who told me corporate would call me within 48 hours. They never called. So I called again days later. Again I spent 20 minutes on hold and was told again that They will be calling me. That never happened either. I went on their chat line on the internet. I was told that I need to call the 800 number. Their customer service is NO DOUBT the worst I have experienced. I took my business to CVS and won't be back.

Absolutely terrible I drop off a couple of prescriptions and am told to wait an hour, alright that's reasonable so I come back and they say ok wait 30 more minutes and I sit and wait for TWO HOURS until they can finally get me the pills for my wife. I don't care if it's going to take 3-4 hours, but I shouldn't have to waste my day off waiting in a parking lot for the promise of 30 minutes. I am never going back and if your smart you won't either!
