Typical outdoor storage unit. No frills. Most of the units look a little beat up, no big deal, but it wouldn't hurt for the manager to brush the spider webs off the latches.

This place is a joke. Upped there prices don't notify tenants when there's a issue in the yard and lock your unit after only a few days late on payment . Also charge extra to have someone come unlock it if you catch up your payment inbetween Thursday afternoon and Monday morning. If your considering wasatch hills for your storage needs I would pay more or travel further then store my stuff here if I had to do it over.

These guys are pretty terrible they are raising the price on things agin when things are getting more difficult for average joes like me they did it during the pandemic when jobs where up in the air because they are just those kind of people and now it’s getting to the point they are pricing me out and they have some pretty terrible service on top of all of this they have left locks on my unit after I’ve paid and put up a fuss when you ask them to unlock it on any other day than a Thursday, there units are not worth close to $95 a month I can rebuy everything in there within a few months so why store any of it at this point? I’m moving ASAP! I can get climate controlled units for $100

My 1996 Fleetwood Storm 30 ft I Bought for $10;000.00 it had all I owed to my name includingy fathers Ashes .We are from California. Lost everything there in the Wild fire. We had no Id. A Lady offered to Use her I'd to rent a space here. The office was very aware of this they copied my expired I'd..I paid every month sometimes late but it was paid. Storage is responsible.. They said Nov 15th was deadline...August 11 it was taken by someone. I never received a call or a letter. I came to move it fbey said the key was turned on..It didn't work..I called the office they said Marie said to not let me in. And not to eccept payment from me..She wanted it Impounded. I saved all conversations ..recipes. proof My RV was Stolen from here by Marie Osborn and Loves Towing on Aug 11 2021 I have witnesses..This place is not professional at all my RV was burglarized 2 times in a year..nothing was done..

The least they can do is notify customers when there has been a burglary. Our stuff got stolen recently and they said there was other break ins in the units. Would have been nice to receive a call or even an e mail so that we could have been aware.
