“I visited the store to have a watch battery replaced. Morgans was the 3rd stop and when we asked Tanner for assistance he was quick, courteous and very careful not to damage the compartment. He replaced the battery, and with the assistance of Trent to check the installation, set the date and time and ensure everything was working I received the working watch back.
