Savannah was absolutely wonderful. My card expired last month I only recently moved to utah, so the new card was sent to an old address in another state. I needed to quickly withdraw some cash for rent and Savannah immediately helped my get the money I needed and also expedited a new card to be delivered to my updated address. Great service, everything was fast and efficient and the tellers were extremely kind!!

Left work early for an appointment, sat for 30 minutes past our appointment time, and were given no updates until we walked out (told us we can reschedule for tomorrow). We were told they were almost done- cue at least 15 more minutes of nothing. Seriously if they had given us any updates or been at all reasonable it would have been fine, but this place is a ridiculous waste of time.

I truly wish you could give a place 0 stars this experience was terrible I walked in I was greeted told about a 20 minute way then Waited about an hour at the end of that hour I was told I couldn't be helped and that we were just gonna have to call somebody in the end the whole time the people were talking to each other laughing and having fun while I was sitting there waiting for assistense this was truly annoying you need to get better work

Nearly impossible to get any help. I went to 3 branches just to open a premier savings. Should of been my red flag to just not bother. Out of 3 branches only one had decedent customer service. The other two branches were so rude its unbelievable they have any customers with such service as this. Now I have a savings account and I am not getting the promotional interest rate. I've tried calling, emailing calling other branches. You cant even leave a message. Now I left a good credit union at 2.25 savings rate to now receive .25 What a waste of my time and money

Recently, a new flood light was installed on the west side of the building that is extremely overpoweringly bright and is aimed at several residences and windows and could be a building code violation since the light is aimed at residences and windows. It would be nice if they could change the angle and not shoot an extremely bright floodlight at nearby residences.

Chelsea was so amazing to work with - today I had to wire a contractor a development fee and she made the whole experience a joy! This is the kind of people who will make customers for life - I am very grateful and if this makes it back to Chelsea I just want to say thank you!
