Figure out how to do your job and not profile people you'll get a higher rating, specially when another branch figured it out without any trouble; it's a shame that Wells Fargo has fallen so far. From causing a scandal with fake accounts being opened to not being able to cash your own check without it being a hassle and having to be strong armed into opening a account. I glad I won't ever have to go there again or actually open a account there.
