The sale is #1, the customer is #2.
The first vehicle they placed us in was disgusting. We understand the vehicle had just been traded in, but we were perplexed at the lack of dignity for their brand. I would have been mortified to have a customer see such filth. The second vehicle was well overpriced for the make/model/year. No biggie. The sale however was pitched that if we bought it that night, they would reduce the sale price a few hundred dollars, if we shopped around however, the sale price goes back up. That's an immature and selfish sales tactic.
The following day, they explained that the reason for the manipulative push was that our sale would have earned them a pizza party.
I'm sorry I couldn't help.

I was disappointed this time on my service, after the up sale of service I was pretty much forgotten. I was never offered a ride home and never received my video inspection on my car till checkout. I was never informed of the progress of my car unless I asked!
Very disappointed, hopefully they can do better
