“This shop in Ogden was able to get me on the road when I had 2 blowouts on my camper tires. Staff answered the phone before their working hours and squeezed me in before scheduled appointments to get me back on the highway sooner. Only downside to this location is it’s hard to fit a camper on the side of the building. I camped out for the night at Les Schwab and they wanted to throw me in at the end of the day. Screw that! Discount Tire Rocks!”

“I had an appointment last Monday at the UTS23 store in Clinton, UT to have the four tires on my vehicle rotated. During the rotation service, the technician inspected the tires and noticed that two of my tires had severe impact bubbles from some past road damage and needed to be replaced. The damage was on the inside of the tires, so I never would have seen it until they burst, after it was too late. Your helpful salesperson found the replacement tires in stock and also looked up my road hazard coverage on the old tires, so I ended up paying for just the coverage renewal fees on the new tires. Despite the extra work, all of the service was still completed within the promised timeframe, and I was soon on my way. Your exceptional team not only saved me time and money but saved me from a future accident and auto damage. Thank you very much for the great customer service that I continue to receive on every visit to your store. See you guys again down the road!”
