This shop came highly recommended and I can say they are very honest and have solid customer service. They were also able to work us in quickly. We will be back next time we have mechanical needs.

I have been visiting here for YEARS and other than cold and unfriendly staff in front, have been happy… until now.
Sterlings recently got bought out by Gills. I know that because the front staff would not stop complaining about. Joking about quitting, talking bad about new policies, made fun of customers after calling or coming in, etc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. On top of that, they changed my oil from a synthetic blend to full synthetic with a $30 up charge without talking to me about it. At first I thought it was just a price increase and couldn’t believe it… but my husband looked at the paperwork and saw that oil information. It’s been the same prior to this change for about 3 years. Very disappointed and won’t be going back.

Woodys is always a straight shooter and will tell you what the issue is, if they know. And also will tell you some paths of the less expensive troubleshooting options. Because you don’t know what you’re about to get into once you go down that rabbit hole. I really like these guys. Trust them with my Cars.

These guys have been amazing to work with. They’ve cared for all of my cars and done everything from codes, tires, oil changes, diagnostics to major repairs. They entreat you well and are reasonable in their pricing.

I had a wheel assembly go bad on my car, it was supposed to cost around 1200 dollars, they were able to find a good deal on parts and saved me like $500 on this service. We also had a trip planned and a technician stayed late to get my car done so we could take it on the trip!!! They are awesome, and will have my business from here on out!! So honest and hard working!!
