Everytime I come to this location, I'm usually waiting an hour before anyone can help me. If you're consistently having a queue of people waiting for service-and you are-hire more people. You shouldn't have to wait so long to simply drop off unnecessary equipment that was sent even though you requested no additional equipment.

Was nervous about coming in to get my own Internet set up. But my experience with Cheyenne was easy and unintimidating. She explained everything completely so I understood the whole process. I received a great deal on my internet and my phone. Give riverdale Xfinity workers a raise!!!

I went in to this location because it is the closest to my location.
I was dreading it! Why? I've been to this place before. However, it was back in 2018, I believe it was.
It was an experience in itself. Not one that I wanted to relive.
So when I went in, a guy named TY assisted me and provided the most professional service I have had from Xfinity.
Due to my Deafness, I was expecting the usual nonsense from this guy as past experiences have proven Xfinity people aren't that bright.
TY was awesome 👍! Provided the professional service one should expect. As soon as I advised TY I was Deaf, he started speaking into his phone for voice to text.
We got everything taken care of and it was very prompt and courteous.
Hooked me up with everything I needed and will be getting a cell phone from them as well next week.
A BIG SHOUT OUT TO TY! THANK YOU TY FOR A JOB WELL DONE👍! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Very helpful. Everything worked out perfectly. The guy was very nice. He was frustrated with the Xfinity guy on the phone but not with us. He was kind. I wish I could remember his name but I'm giving him a 10 out of 10 we were there to pick up a new router and another bang that I cannot remember at the moment... I think it was an EXO box probably wrong but either way he he should be able to help with the manager's help. It worked out great. Both of them did great. Very helpful. Very kind

Waited in line for over an hour. Customers that came in after was getting called. I thought maybe they was getting served because they needed something else then us. I finally went and asked where we were on the list. Cheyanne states we were removed from the list. Like what? As we stood there when there was seven different employees. Only three was helping customers. The others standing around talking among each other and dancing..
