The manager there is very dismissive and just wants to rush you out but constantly insisted on me giving her a 10 with her service if I could give her a negative 10 that's what I would give her I waited 25 minutes to have the same result and now I have to go back I hate Xfinity with a passion

After being on the phone with outsourced representatives three separate times, I was very frustrated. They triple changed my account, said they would refund me, and did not. I went into the store and was helped out by Rhett. He was very kind, professional and helpful. He quickly resolved my issue with no stress or hassle! Thanks Rhett!!

Xfinity customer service is lacking... All of their calls go overseas and they just do not care. I have been with Xfinity over the last 15 years with a small break to Verizon while in Massachusetts and after today, I am going to start shopping for a replacement carrier. Over 2 hours on the phone and nothing is resolved. Download Speed is 31meg when I am paying for 1,000 Meg (1 Gig) and even plugged in via Ethernet, I am less than 100 (that is 10% of what I am paying for).

I went here during regular business hours as posted on their door to returnsome equipment. It was not a holiday or anything like that. The lights were on and employees were at their desks. Doors were locked. I got their attention and they looked at me and laughed. After taking 10 minutes to get through their phone system and waiting on hold for 30 minutes Comcasts customer service said they couldn't do anything.

don’t come here if you have anything to do afterwards!! waited forever while there is 10 employees standing around doing nothing talking and on there phones. they need to get a better system in there and people who actually wanna help and work not just “welcome to xfinity”. they should also let you know how long your wait time is for someone to help you FYI

I get WiFi outages at least once a week and no warnings. Xfinity has really gone down hill. Took me a week to get someone out here to “fix” it and I still have outages.

Xfinity is tricky to work with a lot of the time (especially their remote customer service team) but coming into this store made it soooo much easier. Ayele (I’m so sorry if I spelled that wrong) was unbelievably helpful!!!!!!!!!! Thank you :D

i came here one day to see how much of a credit i had and some guy claimed that he was the manager and he was not so the other guy with the pointy tail told me he was the manager and i told him exactly what was going on and the other guy who tried to say he was the manager didn't help me at all woth my problem and he was just trying to make me more mad at i told him at the end to get a real job and not piss me off to the point where i will not come back to this location ever again. train your employees the right way or fire them cuz that is not how you treat any customer's that come in the store and wait for their turn at all. that guy who claims to be "the manager" needs to be fired cuz i will not return to that location ever again as long as that guy claims to be "the manager" is working there. fire that guy

Endless problems with Xfinity I was a customer for a year canceled because Xfinity wasn’t in my area I decided to come back out of loyalty all I was told was I had to pick up the equipment from the store when I got there they made me sign a contract I already did online and now I have 2 Xfinity accounts and I have had 3 reps tell me one has been deleted which it hasn’t not only that I was told on the phone by a customer service rep a technician would be at my house at 8am to help install tomorrow I checked my Xfinity to make sure I got a notification for it and I did not so I called come to find out no technician was scheduled after I told one was on a recorded line really disappointing I most likely will be canceling service unless a technician is here 8 am sharp tomorrow .

I arrived a 25 minutes early to my appointment and there was a bit of a line. The person who checked me in said they couldn't see me any earlier than my appointment, even if it was my turn in the walk-in line. He said that since I'd made an appointment, they couldn't help me any earlier.

USE ANY OTHER INTERNET COMPANY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE - They will charge you for services they did NOT provide and you won’t be able to get a person on the phone to dispute the charge. Their phone number leads to a call tree that won’t let you out unless you say you’re disconnecting and then they’ll stick you on hold with no callback option for hours. This should be illegal.
