This store is a joke. When transferring addresses the over the phone tech support didn't actually transfer my service, they just created a new account and canceled my internet which messed with my xfinity mobile. Went in to the store to replace a phone and try to fix my internet. The customer service rep creates a new number and phone service while leaving my other active and unable to use my old number. Went back in and they transferred my old number to the new account but didn't transfer the new phone on the account and left it linked to my old phone number that transferred to my new account. So 2 numbers and I only wanted 1 and now the phones won't connect to data. Went in again and was told by the assistant manager that it's basically not his problem and call customer support which will be a 3 hour phone call and they will tell me I need a new sim and go to the store. Generally like the service but this store is the laziest, and frankly inept group I've had to deal with.

I just got my kids phones and signed them up for unlimited data.. first bill was the expected $130. I just had $760 taken out of my account and they’re saying their accounts were not set up for unlimited, but they absolutely and my first bill shows that. They’re refusing to give my money back and have only offered to reimburse me $30 per month in the form of a credit on my bill. I am LIVID.

When we walked in the store was pretty busy but we only had to wait a few minutes to meet with a customer service tech. Our tech was Noah and he was super awesome. He was very knowledgeable and informative and really great to work with. Overall we had a very positive experience.

What a joke xfinity is. HOLY COW AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST....ESPECIALLY THE MANAGEMENT Stick with whatever service you have and stay far away from this company. And please is it necessary for the employees to wear so much cologne ...pee ew.y'all need to take your customers into consideration when drenching yourselves with perfume

If I could give them no stars I would. I was placed on an account with my mom when she had dementia by Comcast. When my mom passed and I moved and tried to establish service, Comcast stated my name and ssn didn’t match there records when I tried to explain what they did with my moms account they wouldn’t listen and I got upset with them. They then placed a block so I couldn’t set up an account with them. When I asked to speak with someone about it I was told that because I hung up on them (which I didn’t) they have blocked me from having an account. They created the whole account problem. There customer service is the worst.

Xfinity (Comcast) is a big, stupid, corporation with ridiculous policies that make no sense at all.I purchased a new phone through them online, and due to their policy they would not ship it to my work address where I would be there to receive it myself. Instead they required the phone to be shipped to my home address.They attempted to deliver it to my home this morning, but of course I wasn't there, since I am at work. They won't leave the package because they require someone to sign for it. I contacted FedEx (another big, stupid, corporation) and they said I had to go online, setup an account, and request it to be delivered to their local store so I can pick it up there. I got my online account all setup only to be told that "Due to shipper restrictions, additional delivery options are not available for this shipment. For more information please contact the shipper." So I called Xfinity and was told that I now have to wait for FedEx to attempt to deliver it three times, and only after that will I have the option to pick it up at the FedEx location. They told me that this will will likely be sometime next week! (It's currently Tuesday.)What an idiotic policy! It's as if xFnity/Comcast hates it's customers!

After reading previous reviews I choose to make an appointment. Turned out not to be necessary as my wait was minimal.The sales staff was busy. I watch a sale consultant work with an elderly woman who was having a difficult time understanding the tech. I thought he was doing a good job.My sales consultant quickly took my returned equipment and gave me a receipt.No complaints here

I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am to have alternatives to Xfinity. I hate them as a business with a passion. My connection is useless, the support is non existent. The repair techs have told me they are working on it years ago, then last year blamed the house that I was renting. After paying to have new cable ran through the house, I still had terrible service. I moved 5 blocks away to a larger, newer home, only to have the same spotty service. I've even tried two new modems. I pay for 50 mbs and only get between 5 and 20. My bill keeps rising but my service keeps getting worse. I pay over 4 times what I did 4 years ago. At times, over 20% of my packets are late (we are talking 600 ms or more) and some times it loses several packets. I work from home and often my VoIP is unusable. I have a few months until fiber comes. I will be dropping Comcast and it brings me so much joy it's probably unhealthy. Fiber will cost significantly less and even if they only deliver half of what they promise, it will be 10 times more than Xfinity. I have never hated a business more than Xfinity. The way they treat their customers, their lack of support, and their over priced service. They know we have few alternatives and none that I can justify. Not for a few more months. One star is an insult to the one star community. They deserve nothing more than a big fat zero.

Don't my family was convinced to to go on family plan to be cheaper we did and we had to pay for our own phones. Mine is paid off. But now they won't unlock my phone till every ones phone is paid. So something I spent alot of money on that should of been mine isn't mine beware of their loop holes

I was lied to about how much I’d be paying for my phone. They said mobile service was free when bundled with internet. Turns out you still get charged for data. I thought my bill would be $45 less per month. They told me it would be. They lied to get me to commit. You’ll still be paying what you’d be paying for any other mobile service, plus a ridiculous amount for internet.

2 at best. You legit can't get someone on the phone to help you pay them unless you go to the store or go through the call center as if you're trying to purchase a phone. I just got hung up on after an hour and a half phone call where they're telling me I owe them money but I've paid them over $500 in the past 3 months. I only have a cell phone with them.

I don’t mind Xfinity service, but recently they have made changes with their prices on Wi-Fi – Internet. I went from $80 a month to 130 monthly .I went to the store in riverdale and I had a very poor service by employee name Juan. He seem to be tired and not wanting to help. He was on his phone texting as I was talking to him. I asked if he was tired and he said no he just was not very helpful at all. He seem like he didn’t want to be there. It’s kind of sad because I been recommending family and friends to switch over to Xfinity but this is make me think twice due to the lack of customer service and prices . I asked if someone else’s could help me . Ben did an awesome job he answer my questions thoroughly. He was kind and friendly, just an advice. If you don’t want to work customer service then find another job or somewhere else that would make you happy.

I keep getting calls left and right to bring their tv box back to any store and while I am bringing it back I get told I have to wait an hour and a half just to return the equipment? If trying to talk to any customer service through the phone is bad enough with 0 help, being in person is worse. Horrible customer service in person and online who you can not understand through the phone.

comcast is terrible company. everyday we got a phone call from comcast, just said welcome when I picked up the phone. we never ever done anything wrong with them. but they are a problem maker to us.I hate comcast all life.
