Great service and got my first car (used) in budget! Awesome experience and Matthew really helped us out on getting really good deals on a used but nice hybrid car. Matthew and O’Neal were very nice and helped to get everything done as quick as possible since we came way out of town. Definitely recommend going here and seeing Matthew. I’m very sad about my experience with Hyundai. I brought my 2014 Hyundai sonata in because it’s been burning oil severely. They told me the first time I brought it in that there’s a recall on my car and that I need to bring it in 3 times every 1,000 miles to prove and show how much oil it’s burning and they would replace my engine for free since there’s a recall and told me they had many cases with the same car. First time I brought it in they wrote it down and told me I burned through all my oil in less then 3 weeks. Second time they documented it again (apparently) the third time they told me I came in too late (only 100 miles or so off) and said I had to start over the process. Next time I came in I was told I needed an appointment when before they said I didn’t need one. Another time they said no one was there to do it. I could’ve went somewhere else but now I’m dealing with repercussions of my engine burning oil. I have called and left my name and number many times trying to get ahold of someone in charge and never have any sort of luck. I did not want to leave a bad review but I thought maybe if I do I’ll get the help and they will replace my engine like they said they would. I’m very disappointed.

Why even make a service appointment?
I have been in twice now for service here. The first time was to get a seat issue fixed on a car that I had just purchased a few weeks earlier. I called them about the issue and they scheduled an appointment. It was something pretty simple that should only take a service tech maybe an hour. When I arrived they told me they only had 1 service tech working that day and that they wouldn't be able to get my car serviced for 2 days. They did offer a loaner, but why not just have me come in 2 days later to start with.
The second time I came in for service was my first free oil change. I made an appointment online and came in at my scheduled time. They let me know that they again have only 1 tech working and that it would be 2 hours to complete the oil change. I was on the schedule. You knew I was coming. You know when your other clients are coming in. Why do you have the service center so understaffed?
I cannot wait to use up my free services and get my car serviced somewhere else.

Extremely disappointed in the service department in this location. We’ve taken our car in multiple times (2022 Palisade) and have had no problems, but this last experience will make it so we never bring our car here again. Our car had been dying for about 5 days (we were on vacation when it started and a relative had our car), so when we got back we just decided to jumpstart it and drive it to the dealership so we didn’t have to get it towed from anywhere. We didn’t have an appointment so I knew it would be awhile before it was looked at. It took them THREE days to even look at the car. Mind you this is our only family car, and we have 4 small children, which we expressed to them many times. There was little to no communication about our car, me and my husband had to keep calling in to even know what was going on, and each time they said they were just busy. On the third day I called in the morning and the advisor told me it still hadn’t been looked at, and I expressed my frustrations on how we couldn’t even go out of the house, I had no way to take all my kids. I was met with no sympathy or understanding, the advisor just told me to come pick it up then if I wanted. Seriously? When the car was finally done, the advisor did apologize for how she spoke. After all this, they gave the price of $600 to replace our battery. Now, the advisor said when we took it in, that the $200 diagnostics fee would go towards the work done if we decided to do it. When we saw the bill, the diagnostic fee was on there plus the work the car needed. Of course, we were so desperate to have our car back we just had to pay everything. So so so disappointed in every part of this experience.
