I come into this store (almost) daily, as I live walking distance, and I almost wrote this review multiple times— about the foul language and topics of discussion amongst the manager and employees is seriously uncomfortable as a customer.This stores employees and manager need some serious professional training. (Besides one who is amazing and she truly seems embarrassed by her manager and coworkers.)I need a general manager/owner to contact me so I can explain the newest personal incident further.

Seriously FOUL. I have never had the desire to write a google review until stepping foot into this establishment. The bathrooms were completely ransacked, and definitely not clean. It felt as if you could contract a disease by touching any square inch of the bathrooms. Do NOT recommend. Foul.

Came in to buy a drink and I sat at the register for about 2 minutes while the cashier was texting and ignored me. Then after I put in my card I sat there for about another 2 minutes while they were texting before they hit the buttons on their screen to complete my payment. Then the receipt printed and I stood there while they ignored my and just left. Cashier didn’t look up from their phone or say a word. I get that it’s a gas station but come on

711 is one of my all time favorite gas station chains!! 100x better then anything else here in Utah.. Only place better is Buc-ees!

My kids and I visit this store frequently. We had already made it home when my son opened this cookie. I went back today to return it plus a toy we bought that was also broken. We've never before had any problems. I don't know who the lady at the front was. I'd never seen her before. She was very rude from the get go. She wouldn't let me talk. When she saw the cookie she yelled, "There's nothing I can do about the toy. I'm not a manager come back tomorrow. Go get another cookie." I told her I'd preferred to get my money back because I didn't trust the cookies anymore. She tried to yank the cookie from my hand and I pulled it away. I wasn't sure if she was going to thow it away. How else would I get my money back?. She said "You know what! I don't like you get out of my store" and kicked me out. I can't believe this just happened to me. I'll never shop here again.

I love this place. Dalton, you're ? They helped me when my wheelchair was dead, and we're very accommodating, and the patrons that are there are also very nice and always willing to help ✋️ !

Came in late to get gas but they couldn't accept money, I guess it was late idk, and even though I'm a paying customer I can't use the bathroom... tô top it off I couldn't get a receipt after getting some gas from pump 6.. simple things, I hope they fix it..
