I really love this 7 eleven and not only because I love the cheap, but beyond delicious cookies.... BUT, also because it's one of the few remaining 7 11's that has the old school ice coffee machines. The one that gives you two choices... Mocha, or French Vanilla... Yummy!!

Prepaid $60usd for gas inside at 5:45pm nov 16/25. Came out to $37usd and 7/11 worker said it will only charge what is pumped..Scotia Debit card still was charged 60usd. Tried calling numerous times but no one will pick up the phone to resolve. Think I got scammed $23.. thank god i have the receipt. I will elevate this issue regarding fraud.

Get reciepts and check them! Overcharging for drinks! They don't scan the cups so they can overcharge you whatever they want. Charged me 1.49 for a large when it's 1.39 !?.

Today was the most bad experience I have the lady at this 7eleven always said don’t have money for change always want to us leave the rest of the change and it’s angry every morning we are customers not her sons to speak bulgar worlds I said leave the 7-Eleven and go to other ones since the women it’s there she’s never gentle always angry and it’s slow to attendance

Clean, and plenty of fuel pumps ⛽, being a member it's nice to get 11 cents off, especially paying for 91 octane and there is so many in the Wasatch front. Plus chime is free to use at the ATM. Ect.

I went into 7-Eleven today, and went to wash my hands, and there were no paper towels, in either of the dispensers. My wife walked out of the Women’s restroom and said there were no paper towels in the dispensers in the women’s bathroom. Then we went to grab a Slurpee and the medium size was out and we asked the girl and she said they didn’t have any more. We told her there were no more paper towels in either of the men’s or women’s restroom, and she said yeah, I know. The owner or the manager should train their employees to Notify them when something is out.

The gas pumps are jenky and I always have a problem. The card readers don’t work and the diesel button is broken. Can’t pump diesel. I understand a one time thing, but I’ve been repeatedly let down at this 7-Eleven facility.

Wow! I understand work with what you have but really.... my son walked out with a Slurpee lid on his soda, a slice of sandwich bread for his hot dog on a napkin, my other son had his pizza in a doughnut bag. If your out of this much stuff you really need to work on your ordering.

Very bad experience from this lady
I ask her nicely that I needed a hat from 711 that I’ve been looking for and if there is some in the side that I need it, she said that she didn’t know the number and I asked for the provider and she was telling me that why I do a lot of questions.
Honestly, I just want to get a hat from this brand , and apparently I don’t have to ask those questions
Cause you threaten me that she will call the police on me because I was telling her where to get them and if the provider could get more of those hats and medium size, she told me that if I wanted hats, I could get them somewhere else hahaha
711. I know that you guys don’t say hi but please have someone that is at least nicely and kind to help out with the product that you guys sale for a third-party company.

The employees at this location need to be trained on the soda machine, always flat or just carbonation with no flavor. I'm just glad it's been through door dash so every time I've gotten a refund and this business has probably lost money

Went to pick up some snacks this morning, the older Latina cashier without a name tag rang up extra items in our order and double scanned things. When I pointed out on the screen that there were extra quantities of some items she tried to explain that the first number wasn’t the quantity number. We then found out the first number WAS the quantity number and got her to remove the extra items. After her reassuring us that everything was right we pay, I ask for my receipt and she starts to act odd about giving it to us. I look at the receipt and we have 3 completely random items on there that we paid for but did not even pick out or get. After we go back into confront her she tried to tell us she scanned the random mini donuts to make up for the protein bar that was “not” in the system since they were supposedly the same price. After heckling and showing her the 2 protein bars that are on the receipt, she admitted there was no reason she secretly scanned the mini donuts behind the register. We were handed 3$ (shorted btw) and left. Don’t go here you’ll get scammed or be very vigilant about your receipt. There are many other reviews like this one.
