I took my truck in for new tires. They gave me options and helped me pick the best tires for my needs. They provide me flat repair, balances, and rotations for free. It’s great to have a local shop provide this service. It’s great to have a shop I can trust. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

Maybe you shouldn't lie 45 minutes of my life wasted if you can't do what you say , , don't even open your damn mouth lost money in gas and paid more in the long run don't believe anything that comes out of anyone's mouth there 💯

Absolute Auto (Austin) is part of a business team, including Truck Transmission Specialists (Tyler) that was highly recommended to help resurrect an older truck we haven’t driven for several years. This is a professional business with an attention to detail and fairness in pricing that I found refreshing. They made recommendations and quoted prices then with no pressure or upselling then helped me to decide what work to have done. When we did have a problem with a part failure they took care of it quickly and with a great attitude.They determined the work to be warranty issue so thee was no cost to me.
It’s nice to once again find a shop I can trust and look forward to working with them in the future.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was that they would take 20 minutes out of their busy day to walk me through the symptoms my vehicle was showing and to advise me against getting 5k worth of work done that I thought I needed. It is hard to find honorable mechanics, and I will bring these guys my future business.

I was looking to buy a new car after mine got totaled by a deer. My normal mechanic was several days out so I found Absolute and took it there for a pre purchase inspection. Im glad I did the car dealer told me it was in a minor accident but Absolute showed me pics that it was a sloppy repair job left a hole for water to get inside plus they didnt put on the right bumper for that year car had to screw it in place had adjust the rear hatch catch cause it didn't line up and the rear sensors would go off because they were back in the bumper sensing the bumper cause it was the wrong bumper. As I was leaving they told me if you dont buy this car bring another back until you find the one you want NO EXTRA CHARGE it was a one time fee (iI forgot to mention my mechanic was going to charge me 3 times what Absolute charged). Well I found another car took it back and got better results and ended up buying that car with confidence. Needles to say I found me a new place to take my cars they were very professional, polite and helpful. And now how to keep customers coming back. You just get a vibe sometimes and I got a great vibe here!

Russ & Austin are the best! They are so helpful and thorough with explaining things. When I took my car into other shops, they wanted to charge an arm and a leg and replace parts that weren’t necessary when Russ & Austin were able to identify the actual problem which cost me way less and fixed the problem. This will definitely be my new go to shop! I appreciate how knowledgeable and honest they are. Would definitely recommend!

As a recent widow, trusting people to treat me fairly and not take advantage of me has become my number one thing when it comes to auto and home repairs. On the recommendation of a friend I took my car in to Absolute Auto and was treated respectfully and fairly. They fixed the problem and I was on my way. Very friendly.

Absolute is incredible! My car had been making some strange noises and I figured it was time to take it in. I called in and got an appointment within a week. The day of my appointment I brought my car in at 8AM and by 3PM that had found and resolved the issue. They are a honest, and hardworking company that will make sure you’re taken care of.
