If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I'm new to this area and lost my good connections to a trustworthy shop. A few months ago, I had a check engine light come on. It was throwing a code for my catalytic converter, so I parked my car for a few months to do the daunting tasked to save money for such a big repair job. I had to put a new battery in which I did myself. The check engine light went out, so I decided to drive it around to see if it will turn on. I turned off the freewa, and my brake caliper was stuck, so I limped it over to the nearest shop. They said they would look at it. One gentleman I didn't catch his name said I needed all new rotors and pads. He also did they could service the caliper so I wouldn't need to buy new ones . They checked my catalytic converter, and it turned out to be working fine! The gentleman told me he didn't want to just go spending customer money when they didn't need to. He was awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable . I'm glad I accidentally bumped into this shop because they will have my business from now on.

VERY disappointed with my service here. I went in to get my brakes fixed because they were squeaking very loud. The guy told me he fixed the front brakes, and I left thinking everything was good to go. Less than a year later my brakes are squeaking like crazy again. I took my car into JiffyLube and they said that this place never changed my rotors and added break pads onto my warped rotors with grooves in them. What a joke. The guy at JiffyLube said that there were actually chunks of metal in the break pads Ace Collision added and that it was illegal for them to add break pads onto these rotors. Don’t go here!! Go to a place you can trust and with people that don’t rip you off and mess up your car. I’m adding pictures of what the rotors looked like when JiffyLube took them off. The JiffyLube guy said this seemed sketchy and I agree. Very disappointed and upset with the service I received. Did I mention I was charged $420 for brake pads? Such a joke.

I dropped my car at ACE Collision and had it back within 3 days. They are prompt and observant. Their prediction for how long it would take was spot on. They fixed my car and I trust them 100%. I will not go anywhere else! They are amazing!Services: Exhaust

This group of guys is excellent. They were welcoming, transparent, and knowledgeable. Being from out of town and having car troubles was bad enough but these gentlemen did everything they could to get my family and I back on the road safely. I can’t imagine going anywhere else if I was having car problems in Utah again. Thank you so much!!

They scheduled me in the day after I called and changed my front windshield in an hour. WiFi worked great, so I was able to work while I waited. Great price and great service. Highly recommend!

I purchased a used van with roof damage so I took my van in to get an estimate on replacing a forward roof panel. It should be noted at this point I had visited over 15 collision repair locations gathering estimates. While all my estimates were different, this one far exceeded the others in a near astronomical way. I was quoted over $7,000.00 and 61 labor hours to complete the job! Nearly $4,000.00 from my lowest bid and an average of 40 MORE hours in labor!!!! First the guy said it will take awhile before he could work on it (about three weeks). I said ok, no problem. He said it's going to be very expensive and requires A LOT of man power. I said ok. (is this guy trying to talk me out of his services?) He then said, I quote, "It's about man power, I could fix 10 cars in a week in the time it would take to fix your van", as in he wouldn't be making as much money. He then provided me with a grossly inflated quote. He also did a fair bit of mansplaining, claiming my mid-roof panel was indented 3 inches (in which case, I'd be able to see that from the inside of the van). In ALL the collision centers I visited none of them quoted me on a replacement mid-roof panel (just the front). I wasted 15 minutes of my time and wouldn't trust this mechanic with any work on my vehicle. LADIES BEWARE!!!
