Devon helped my girlfriend in buying her first car that she loves! We were in and out in an hour and a half, driving off the lot that quick! They took her pre-approval and explained everything so well! Devon is beyond professional, courteous, and most important honest. Thank you Devon! We will definitely bring our friends and family back to purchase cars just because of him!

So it’s been about 6 years since I’ve purchased the car but I’m realizing ownership never really did anything to resolve the issue. So I would like everyone to understand what kind of business is performed here. In 2018 I purchased a few cars from Action Auto, One of the vehicles I purchased I learned later actually had structural damage. this structural damage was announced at auction, as you can see from the photo below. that was disclosed at the auction the dealer bought from but was never disclosed to me as a customer when purchasing the vehicle. When I initially purchased the vehicle, I was shown the Carfax and the Carfax showed as clean. When I messaged the owner of this dealership, the only response he had was for me to come in, and he tried methods of intimidation,/trying to make me purchase another vehicle from them.

Got a car was not what was advertised. No contact from upper managment like I was promised to resolve issue, cracked rim, belt started to squeal a week after purchase look elsewhere.

I went there before they technically opened and was warmly greeted. I met with Devon who was a champ. Because I was early some of the other staff wasn’t around yet, but he went to get the specific car I was looking for in a separate lot. He was super helpful, and knowledgeable and asked me several questions to see what kind of car I was looking for. He helped out with the CARFAX too. He even helped me look at some of the other cars I was looking at to help eliminate some that had red flags. Overall, I felt he genuinely wanted to help me get the car I wanted and felt he was honest in his approach. I didn’t end up buying the car from them (largely due to the color they had in stock was not quite what I wanted), but still had a great experience and I plan on working with them in the future.

Our salesman was great! Helped me quickly select the cars that fit my criteria from your very large (800+) selection. I test drove a few and was able to find one that was perfect. He was great to work with and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Josh Gee at Action Auto for an incredible afternoon test driving a number of cars as we were trying to decide our next car. Absolutely no pressure and he was quick to pull up carfax reports and help us evaluate each vehicle extremely well. One of the best experiences I have had at a car dealer in a long time. The selection of different cars was impressive. Highly recommend!!
