I’ve known Annelise and her team for years, and she has always been an absolute professional. She has helped my wife and me on multiple occasions.
Most recently, while I was out of town at my brother’s wedding, I was sideswiped in the Shopko parking lot at 11:34 p.m. Unsure of what to do, I texted Annelise with the note, “let me know in the morning.” Within 15 minutes, she responded and scheduled a time for us to talk first thing the next day.

This place is great, I’ve been with them for several years with no issues. They shopped around and helped me find the best affordable prices. When I got in my accident a few years ago Torrie was more than helpful to make my experience pain free. She goes above and beyond for her customers and you can feel it’s genuine. I was a customer of this agency for 12 years, they serviced my Auto-Owners auto, camper and renters policies. When I needed a quote for a new construction home, I specifically requested one from Auto-Owners because I already have them for my auto and would like to bundle everything for the discounts. Instead Torrie provided a quote from a different provider called Zurich, she stated that the Auto-Owners policy would be double the cost. However, another agency in my town provided me with an Auto-Owners quote that was nearly the same as the Zurich quote.
It felt like the agency was trying to sell me something I didn’t ask for, and my request for the Auto-Owners quote was ignored even though I asked specific questions about Auto-Owners home policies, she answered the questions but in regards to the Zurich policy and not Auto-Owners. This lack of communication and transparency ultimately led me to cancel my Auto-Owners policies and find insurance elsewhere that was slightly cheaper. I would have stayed if the service had been better.
Additionally, when I sent in my signed cancellation form, I never received confirmation that it had been submitted for processing or that my policies were canceled. I had to follow up myself to confirm the status. As someone who works in the insurance industry and understands the importance of customer communication, I found this frustrating and unprofessional.
If a customer asks for a specific quote, the agency should provide it and, if they believe there’s a better option, send both quotes so the customer can make an informed decision.

Horrible customer service. I had to continuously call to try to get answers and both Mitchell & Torrie told me that Craig handled commercial policies and he never once returned a call or answered us. Eventually we cancelled our policies with them due to the lack of professionalism and ongoing frustrations, mostly with the owner Craig himself.
