I have never left a negative review for any business but I had a very disappointing experience with Art City in Orem. Missed deadlines, no communication, and several mistakes that were only addressed after I discovered them myself and followed up. My truck was also returned damaged (broken side mirror that had been electrical taped back on as if I wouldn't notice), and although Art City agreed to fix the damage, they did not disclose it upfront - I had to call them. On top of all of this, the work I paid them for was done poorly. I had to bring the truck back for a dent repair to be redone and the two body panels they repainted are a noticeably different shade of red than the rest of my truck. They also failed to correctly reinstall my windshield trim and left black windshield sealant smeared on the corner of my windshield.
I brought the truck back once already and was hoping it would be resolved, but there are still problems. At this point it seems like I would be better off just paying another shop.

I am very impressed with Art City. First the customer service was great! I know nothing about cars and they answered all my questions without making me feel like I was an idiot. They kept me informed through out the whole process. And most importantly, the work done was AMAZING! My car was hit while parked and they made everything look brand new. Good quality work. Ben, Daniel and team are great!

HOLY COW! The process to work with Ben at Art City was amazing and seamless. From drop off to working with the insurance company I didn't have to worry about thing. The process was so fast and I was able to get my car back on the road FAST! They called me with updates which was a nice touch!
They went above and beyond and detailed my car aswell! Not to mention the car looked amazing, to be honest, better than when I bought it!
I cant recommend them enough!!

Simply the best. I crashed my new car, thought it was totaled, completely heartbroken. Art City was not only able to restore my car’s mechanical and body issues, but they retuned the car, cleaner than when I had purchased it from the dealership!! They made such a hard time for me, seriously so much easier, helping me with things along the way that made them feel more like friends than anything else. 🤍

Great experience! Provided a full repair option and an out of pocket alternative that ended up saving me money. The repair is flawless and was done in a timely manner. To top it off my truck was cleaned inside and out and looks amazing!

Daniel and Ben are top notch! Honestly they took care of our truck after a little fender bender. Communication was clear and direct and kept me update along the entire way!
