These people do not offer you second chances in checking, and if you have only a savings account they don't offer you an ATM card for you to withdraw money, they are not the best deal in financial matters, go somewhere else, just don't waste your time with Alpine Credit union

Horrible thinking institution and I'm going to go as far as to say much worse than the one with the horses and buggy that has been around for decades. For the very first time and having this account for a year after moving to Utah from Arizona I was charged an NSF fee three times for the same Auto draft that had been canceled by my cell phone provider. Alpine credit Union states that my cell phone provider continued to try to take the payment. The payment was paid today and upon calling to see if they would reverse those three NSF fees I was told that they pay a clearing House to give those fees to my cell phone provider when my cell phone provider tries to draft the fees and they aren't there. I've never heard of such a thing my old thinking institution would accredited me in a heartbeat even part of the fees weren't even offered to be credited not to mention the fact that my direct deposit doesn't even hit my account until after 9:00 a.m. which is something I believe they did in the year 2000 and having one person credit all of the direct deposits that come in and not updating their system to modern times. They just updated their ATM so that you can deposit into it!In any case, the third woman I spoke with was the rudest, and I'm adult enough not to mention her name here because I'm not Petty and childish, but she constantly spoke over me and would not let me finish my sentences or questions, yes I had a bit of an attitude out of frustration that was absolutely not directed towards her however rather than calm the situation and help the customer she was more out to be heard then have the customer be heard, then upon calling her out on this she did not like that very much and when I said okay thank you very nicely after getting the information I asked for she said "uh huh" and slammed the phone down!!! Very mature right?! I asked three people to send me to somebody in corporate I even called the branch in Lehi that claims to be the corporate branch and was transferred back to the Eagle Mountain Branch. Absolutely unprofessional. Sadly I've sent 18 people there in the 2 years that I've worked here most of which are my own employees and team members. I will absolutely be letting them know to run first thing in the morning! Horrible service.

The best service, the employees are always kind and look for solutions for what you need. I have a home and car loan from this bank and they offer extraordinary work. Connie Pond did an amazing job for me few days ago, she found the solution that two other banks did not find. Thank you so much for the high standard of customer service!

I like Alpine Credit Union, but using them for business has been frustrating. If you want to run a business via ACU go somewhere else that is actually business friendly. Every request I’ve had they can’t , don’t, or won’t do. I wanted a significant credit increase, it was like pulling teeth, new credit report pulled and then they offered a $2000 increase. Really?? Went to chase and they gave our business $30,000. Then I wanted an employee credit card so they can buy parts and gas, but no, only signers on the account can get a credit card. Wow, are they in the dark ages. My employees have AmEx cards at no cost offered willingly, simply needed a visa, but nope. ACU is horrible for a business account that is more complicated than depositing money and writing a check back out. Save the frustration and headache and go somewhere else for your business needs. They act like they’re Bobs Bank working out of their house.

Wow! I am impressed. Rarely do you find in this day and age people that truly care about your financial situation. From my first steps into the Alpine credit union I was greeted with a smile. Working with Connie Pond was an absolute pleasure!!She not only answered all my questions but did it without hesitation and was knowledgeable of everything I inquired about. She helped address my concerns and was so pleasant to talk to. I am so impressed with her and her skills I will be asking for her every time I go in. Thank you so much for caring about your customers and going the extra mile.

My family has been with this credit union for years, and I have no idea why. They are the absolute worst. They charged me 3 times for a payment that was monthly in the span of a week, then when I called them they said "I was creating the problem." They were very rude on the phone, and if I wasn't stuck in a loan with them I would end all my accounts with them. Stay away from them AT ALL COSTS.

Yesterday I deleted my previous review about DATABASE UNAVAILABLE, but it happens again and again every single day, I thought some body will fix this is issue but no luck, I’m doing business every day with my clients, I’m sending money every single day from 10am until 10pm, I’m buying car parts every single day from eBay, Amazon and different stores, I’m buying cars every day and after 7pm also, also same problem if I would like to buy a food, usually I’m buying the food after 7pm, so today the database unavailable at 8:15pm, I need to go home but I have to be in the office because I can’t finish my businesses, I have to wait, some body tell me how long I need to wait ? It’s more than 15 min I’m waiting! THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS FROM YOU GUYS! The time now 9pm almost 1 hour gone but the database still unavailable!! I need to close my accounts? I'm not trying to complain as a little girl, but you have to solve this problem, you are losing customers...UPDATED9:30pm still database unavailable, all cards blocked due to databaseUPDATEDOnly at 10pm I was able to open my account

I needed to do a wire transfer before the end of the business day. Despite some largely self-imposed technological difficulties on my end, Sara went above and beyond in making sure that the transfer could happen before the deadline. She also followed up with me to make sure that everything went smoothly as well as to confirm that the transaction had taken place. She was really professional and also gracefully and tactfully asked a few questions about the wire transfer to ensure that I was not being scammed. As someone with family who has been scammed, I appreciated that. I have been banking with ACU for over 2 decades and would recommend them to anyone where they are located. Thank you Sara!
