Money was taken out of my account by fraud. I reported it. They couldn’t help me at all. Blamed it on visa. East decision to switch banks.

The absolute dismissal by the representative at 6:02 was unnecessaryI rushed in at 6:02 out of breath and asked if they could please let me deposit cash and the gentleman simply responded with nope sorry drawers are locked, and went back to talking to the other two account representative ma like I wasn’t there.It’s great to know the kind of support this branch offers. It’s amazing to know that when someone has an emergency these “employees”will take a moment to offer a moment of support.

I had an inactive checking account with AFCU and opened a loan with them since their rates were low at the time. I was using MACU (who I highly recommend) for my active checking. America First CONSISTENTLY gave me delinquent payments because the auto-pay would disconnect! My credit score suffered while I had a loan with AFCU! Don't make the same mistake!

Terrible customer service. Closed on a house and were waiting for the wire transfer of over 250,000 and it never arrived. Called to check on it and they said it could take 48 hours even though we had been promised it would arrive the next morning. There is no reason a local wire should take 48 hours. I wish I could charge them a late fee. Interest alone is almost $5 an hour. What a joke.

This is the worst financial institution I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Got a car loan through them. They have a PIN that they mail you instead of having you set up. They never mailed it. I called in, provided my full name, date of birth, social, and any other info they needed, and they wouldn't let me change my PIN because they wanted me to answer questions pulled from public record, (an obviously insecure system), and they asked obscure questions about the full addresses of family members I'm not in touch with, and then wouldn't let me get my PIN mailed to me. Stupidest system I've ever seen. As someone who has worked in cybersecurity, this is NOT. Secure place to keep your money, and it will do nothing but inconvenience you. Terrible place.

Do not use america first Credit Union for business account. Apparently regular accounts have more options than Business account. For example Business accounts can't use zelle or do external transfers. Is crazy how limited their business accounts are. Was my bad for not doing the research. Hope this helps someone save time when looking for a bank for their business.
