No one hear you walk in it says on lunch but they’re supposed to be open from 10 to 7 and there’s nobody there now one person to come greet you or get any information bad services I’m trying to pay my bill and there’s no one there to pay my bill to Should get a credit!!

Avoid this store!! I switched over from T-Mobile to AT&T in hopes to pay around the same price for 6 lines. My family and I went to the store and was helped my Tanner. At the end of everything we were promised free phones for switching over and promised a monthly bill of $218. OUR BILL ARRIVED OF $668!!! Tanner and his manager lied to us because everything was approved by his manger! Our phones were not free, we simply got a $250 trade in value making us still pay $1000 per phone. Additional insurances, coverages, and add ons were added we did not ask for! The day we went to return our old phones again Tanner helped us and when asked again he promised our bill to not be over $220 and no additional charges. When we went to ask about my $668 bill I was told by Micah Tanner was not in store. I kept calling every day and was told Tanner no longer works at this store! I felt like they were trying to avoid me and an explanation. I am so upset about the service I received at this store and all the employees! Do not go to this store!!I have emailed you and haven't heard back. Worst customer service!!!!!

WOAH! Louie was amazing! Not only did he save us 1000s on our phone bill he also delivered our phones upon his noble stead, with his long hair waving in the wind! Afterwards he defeated waves of foreign invaders with only his bare hands. Truly glorious.

Robert was so quick, efficient, and helpful. We were in and out within 15 minutes to trade in my husbands phone. Definitely recommend this store!

I'm trading my s20 Galaxy for s23 Galaxy with twice the memory. 256 gigs to be exact. The s23 with normal memory in specific colors is available upon request, however Galaxy s23 with extended memory has to be mailed to your house. So this is what I had done, but in the act of doing that AT&T turned off my current phone, the transaction was initially done on friday. Saturday morning I woke up and tried to use my phone could not make a call could not send a text it became a paperweight. So I went into the store in Orem spoke with Robert and Chris and it took well over an hour to clear this mess up. I give Robert props for being very diligent and seeing the problem through however there should have been safeguards so customers do not have to go spend an hour and a half of their day in the store getting this mess cleared up.

This place is under new management, the new store manager Robert was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. If you had a bad experience in the past, try going again and ask for Robert!

I show up at 11 am. They open at 10. The sign says "open." The doors are locked even though I see someone in there. He comes out to put a handwritten sign on the door that says "in meeting be back soon." He says he's supposed to be in a meeting right now and can't help me.Why are you having meetings with the only team member while open hours? I'm never coming back to this store.

1/26/23 AVOID THIS STORE. These guys failed me in almost every way. Their trainee made a mistake, which that alone is understandable but it was WHILE he was being supervised!! This caused me to lose my phone number AND I wasn’t allowed to upgrade without paying $500 upfront instead of their free iPhone promotion. Their manager’s only solution was try to upgrade in 3 months or pay cancelation fees to get out of the mess. They’re an authorized dealer, not the HQ! The location by the Orem mall has competent employees who fixed everything for me ??
