The sales person named Brandon gave me the wrong product and then when I returned it, he rolled his eyes at me like I was some kind of bother to him. It’s not how you treat customers. I will not be going back to AT&T location.

We were waiting for a hour waiting for our turn and our name was on the list and some customers came in after us and the worker without checking the list helped them before us and was flirting with them. And we told him we were before them and he ignored us and acted like he didn’t care. 6pm-7pmish 5/14/25

Brandon was extremely friendly, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. I came in to upgrade my phone, he helped me do so, and also recommended I do the $10/month upgrade so I can switch to the iPhone 17 in September, which I agreed to! Had an awesome experience, and I will be returning next time I need help. Brandon's the man!

Would be a five but for the nearly 45 minute wait beyond my appointment time (see my initial post below).
That being said, Kevin (don’t know his last name, but was covering for someone else that might) is the man! He went above and beyond what I expected from a AT&T rep. He was very knowledgeable on all the different products and services and helped me get the right devices and plans for me and my family. He even stayed past closing time since my transfer to the new phone was taking longer. And I didn’t feel pressured to purchase or upgrade. Friendly and professional, very pleasant to interact with. I’d give him 5 stars.

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment before hand if you’re just going to wait in line? My appointment was for 7 PM and half an hour later I’m still waiting. You all need to figure out a better system or just don’t offer appointments.

The service agent was super helpful, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and showed great expertise in helping me resolve my issue. Great store atmosphere as well!

Excellent service. The workers speak Spanish and are friendly, so my entire process was very simple.

I was greeted at the door immediately upon arrival. The young lady who helped me was friendly and efficient. I went in for a new phone and left in under an hour with what I wanted. The store was clean and stocked. I would return here again. I've been an AT&T customer for over 20 years, I've always appreciated their good service over the phone and in person.
