Taylor changed out my protective screen and did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. Taylor was fantastic! I would go back there anytime hoping he would be working at that time.

Super impressed with this store and staff. Tyler was able to help me make the right choices for my family. He was also able to help me save some money on my monthly bill by pointing out features that I may or may not use. Would absolutely recommend this location!!

I went into AT&T and I wasn’t sure if my issue could be resolved, and at first, Tyler wasn’t either—but instead of brushing me off, he took the time to dig a little deeper and actually figured it out. I really appreciated the extra effort and patience. It’s rare to find someone who doesn’t give up on a problem just because the solution isn’t obvious. Thank you!

I usually don’t have any problems at other locations but I have not received worst customer service from a store. Plus when i showed up, the lady was running to turn the open sign to close. like i get they close in 15 minutes but the service i needed would have taken 5.

I’m not one to normally leave a review but- I had a really unfortunate experience going to the Pleasant Grove location to get my new phone, the guy made me super uncomfortable and set up my new phone completely wrong. After I left and tried fixing it myself, I decided to call the Orem location and see if there was anything they could do for me. The guy who answered the phone was extremely nice and told me to come in and he’d be able to help me. Just upon walking in, I could tell this location was 1000x better. I was greeted warmly and was helped almost immediately. I believe Adam helped me (I’m not great with names lol so I could be wrong), he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got everything moved over to my new phone correctly and was very patient. I could also tell that all the employees were all on the same page and worked together as a team. I would recommend this location.
