Long story short.. I bought a car from these guys.. which were nice.. right your buying something from them haha ..their was a dent in the fender which I didn't like.. they agreed to fix it..."whenever u have time"" some time past I live in Logan. I contacted them only to hear we will contact you in a week or two . 5 months later after many calls to them.. they are ready!! I drive 2 hours there to wait for the body guy.. which in mind I told him I would be there around that time.. I waited a hour for him..all is well ok drop my car off . They fixed it over the weekend... Monday I drive from Preston where I work to Orem to get the car.the car is so dusty for there bondo work.. I could see out the window.. left the car dirty as hell..I wouldn't do business with these people very questionable people... This is how they do business.. stay clear

If you call in make sure to ask for RICKY!!! He was such a help with pulling up car reports and making sure I got the right vehicle for me. He’s honest and knowledgeable about the cars which is what you need when making a big purchase. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family.

The owner Clint Martin, assure me his mechanic replaced the transmission on my 2018 Cadillac in 10/2021 today I found out his mechanic didn't replace the transmission only a part called Transmission Torque Converter. I still owe the car to the bank and I need to replace the transmission, it will cost me around $6,000.00 I don't recommend Automaxx it all, unlawful services.

NO ES CONFIABLE ESTE LUGAR/ UNTRUSTWORTHY. BUYERS BEWARE…. Based on my interactions and the interactions of another family member with the salesman who goes by the name Eric at this used car dealership I wouldn’t be surprised if the only reason this place has a high rating was because he himself created accounts to give positive feedback. Eric alone can easily EASILY bring down this business with his condescending attitude towards customers and over promising things he can never fulfill. I bought a truck back in July 2023 and Eric promised a second key fob. It is now the end of November 2023 and I have yet to receive a second key. Last I heard the guy who makes the key was on vacation, I guess he still is. When I went to the office a block down from the store , the people there seemed annoyed that I asked about the key and referred me back to Eric. It’s not just because of the second key fob do I write this review but because of other little details as well, as anyone who has dealt with him will agree with. He avoids people’s phone calls and hides from you if you go visit the store when you can’t get a hold of him over the phone. I heard him say that a customer was annoying because he had been trying to reach him over the phone about a check engine light. Clearly unprofessional. This guy is untrustworthy and if I was Clint (one of the owners if I understand correctly) I’d change course and hire someone with true integrity. Your business would definitely have better success this way. The battery on the truck was the wrong size and the radiator is bent as I found out when I took it to the dealer for a service it needed. Truly disappointed.

Went to look for a car with my sister and the guy that was there named Eric didn’t even acknowledge us. Being a girl and going to a car dealer alone is always hard because when I went with my uncle who’s been a client of there’s for a while they treat him well and help him right away.

I’ve bought 2 vehicles off of these guys and 0 bad experiences. No push to buy like every other place. Rickey at the store Orem is the man to talk to no B.S no nonsense he is professional and on top of things. He is who I will be talking too when I get my next car.

Where to start..Let's start with the seller Eric, who is a fraud and a liar. Who said he would fix some thing in my truck.. and never did..And let's finish with Clint (the owner) who after multiple multiple calls and messages, never got back or fixed anything in my car... total SCAM!!!

Wouldn’t trust these dudes. Bought an Audi SQ5 from them that was represented as having 63,000 miles (which is what they had me sign on the disclosure statement), when I drove off the lot it had 66,000 miles. Have had issues with the car ever since— the owner is entirely unwilling to even address it. Did not leave me with a warm, fuzzy feeling at all. Go elsewhere.
