Jimmy and Kari were INCREDIBLY helpful. I haven't had such amazing service before. They both made sure I left completely taken care of, without breaking the bank. This is now my new go-to stop for auto parts. Seriously happy with how things turned out, after such a hard car situation.

This is usually my go-to Autozone. Of the locations I have been to, the staff here tend to be the friendliest and most willing to help, and that goes a long way!

One of the worst customer service locations ever. I stood in line waiting for service while watching 3 employees standing having a conversation about their night. If you absolutely need the parts now it sometimes helps going here.

I have had a bad experience in that store. Since the cashiers are bitter rude people, I don't visit them twice, I've been there and I've been hurt by the treatment. Today 06/25/24 at approximately 4 pm, a guy who looks like a dark-skinned Latino with black hair helped me. He was in the second box inside. To address you, you have to use finger signs and he doesn't look at your face. I don't know why. They have staff like that. Give job opportunities to people with charisma and desire to work. And it is not the first complaint you have in the comments, there are other people who complain. Could it be that the owner or manager of the store has not spoken to them because if so, then I tell them that they do not pay attention and mistreat the customers.

Autozone can be hit or miss at times. They have some great prices that you won’t see online, you have to call and ask. This location generally has a good stock but there is a “hub” a mile away with more. Their employees range from very smart to needing training. I’m a former College Professor who taught Auto industry things (not to get specific) and can see when someone is struggling about certain things. Overall, do your diligence in getting info and parts prices online, pickup the cell and call, go in and make sure you are getting a good price and proper part. I use all the big auto part places and if you do the previously mentioned advice you’ll have a better time fixing your vehicle.

Jacob patiently installed a battery today and my leads and bolts were corroded worse than I thought. He was careful and capable in a tough job. Will definitely be returning here.

I've noticed a concerning trend among almost all employees at this Autozone location, where customer service appears to take a back seat to their perceived inconvenience. Almost all employees have the attitude of “I’ve got more important things to do during my 8 hour shift than help you out.” During my recent visit with a friend who needed parts, I attempted to return an item purchased two weeks prior. When I requested a refund without the original card, I was met with refusal and informed that cash refunds were not allowed. Despite explaining my prior experiences at other Autozone stores, where cash refunds were accommodated, I was met with resistance. It was only after waiting for my friend to check out that I notified and then pointed out the refund policy displayed at every checkout. The employee said “Well, we would have to override the system to give you cash..”. We stood there in silence as he glanced back and forth at me and the refund chart as if he was waiting for an apology for me asking for more effort on the matter. After a rather large sigh of defeat the employee went to the nearest till and processed a cash refund for me. While I appreciate the professionalism of employee Justin who helped my friend find his items, it's disheartening to encounter such reluctance from other staff members when seeking assistance exceeds the effort of handing me a copy of my receipt.
