I needed a new battery. Don was an awesome help!! I called ahead and he was able to confirm that they had batteries for my vehicle. On arrival he checked my battery to confirm that the battery was in fact the reason for the problems. Once he had confirmed that I needed a new battery he described in detail the benefits of the three different options for my vehicle, answering my questions along the way. Then, he actually installed the battery in the rain after asking me to wait either in my vehicle or in the store so that I did not get wet! What a kind and helpful man. AutoZone is so fortunate to have him working for them! I recommend this AutoZone without reservation! And ask for Don!! He's the BEST!!

Service is really good here. Little sad that the coolant I wanted didn't come in concentrated form and I had to buy 50/50. Had to go to a different AutoZone to get the concentrate.

I walk in with five people in front of me and one cashier. There are several people in the back talking, not caring that there’s a line. I finally get up to ask for The check engine tool. I get the tool take it to my car plug it in and it’s in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish or read Spanish. I get up to the manager and ask him if there is a way to change it from Spanish to English he says no takes the machine and asks me if it checks the engine. I said no, I do not Read Spanish. I go to the back of line about four people in front of Me. When I get up to the front, I asked the manager Are all of these in Spanish? He said I have Spanish-speaking customers and English speaking customers ones for the Spanish ones for the English. I have no idea why he would hand me a machine that only read Spanish. So the point is he didn’t ask me if I spoke Spanish or English and handed me a machine only read Spanish so I had no idea what the machine was saying. I waited 30 min at that store to get a machine that should’ve only took three seconds to hand to me and then they handed me a Spanish one. This whole process should’ve took maybe 10 minutes. This is not the only problem I’ve had with this store. I will be driving 15 minutes down the road just so I don’t have to deal with this store even though I live two minutes away. The customer service at the store sucks!

Big help, had a battery issue. They helped me get a new one and install it, they even upgraded me for free when their computer suggested the wrong battery.

Shoutout to Sam who helped me with my breaks in a fun, simple, and professional way. He used a machine to see the codes of the car and what needed to be updated/fixed. These codes were explained by him in simple terms so that I, someone with little car maintenance experience, could understand. He also suggested auto shops to get parts of my car fixed around town at cheaper prices than others. This AutoZone had all the brake rotors and pads that I needed and was very fast with their service. Awesome job guys!

Very helpful employee tonight. I don't know if the wiper blades I got can be found at Walmart, but I'm glad I got them here because they were running a promo and now I have a $10 credit for next time. Thanks for your service!

First off, I wanted to thank Morgan an employee here for his help on the phone prior to arriving and when I was at the store. Super clean inside the store, but a little clean up outside could be done. This AutoZone always has the items I need in stock. And pulling into the business from State Street could use some serious pot-hole fixing. This is probably on the city to do or I would’ve given a four star rating.
