The team over at bad apples is great! I had some issues with my charger connectivity and I brought it in for them to clean up and it took maybe 90 seconds and I was walking out the door with a clean phone with good connectivity. The best part is they did it free of charge, very professional team, and I would definitely come back again.

TL;DR Polite staff wasted my time and stole my money
EDIT: After seeing this review the staff was very willing to help me out and send me a refund for the labor. Despite the complications with my phone, their customer service is fantastic. Based on other reviews, i’d say this is a great repair shop in most regular cases.
Brought my phone in to get the camera repaired. They said they could fix it and charged me in advance for the part, saying they would give me a text when the camera replacement came in. After a week of not hearing back from them, I called in to see if the part was in. It was, they had just neglected to tell me.
I brought my phone in to get repaired and they said it’s be done in about an hour. I came back a little longer than an hour later and they still went done. When they finally DID finish, they brought out my phone and told me that replacing the camera hadn’t fixed the problem. They told me it likely wasn’t a problem with the camera but something else, and that they have no idea how to fix it. So, they made me wait another 45 minutes to take the new camera out and put my old one back in. They refunded me for the part but still charged me about 50 dollars for the labor, despite doing absolutely nothing and wasting my time. The staff was very polite and apologetic but that does not change the fact i am extremely dissatisfied with their service.

Unbelievably frustrating and terrible customer service skills. They couldn't backup my phone but charged me anyways.
I came in because my phone screen was broken (water damage) and I wanted to get my phone backed up so I would be able to access recent photos and texts in the cloud. They told me they could do it and charge me a fee for the time they have my phone and are working on it. I paid $50 and picked it up later, but told them I still couldn't see anything on my apple computer. They told me the photos probably haven't loaded yet. I came back the next day when they still haven't loaded. Bad apple told me they did an icloud backup not an icloud "synch" so everything was in the cloud, it just wasn't synched to my computer. I asked them to make sure the icloud backup worked and they told me yes and to not worry. Finally I got a new phone and signed it with icloud only to find none of my recent photos and messages were backed up. I called the store to ask for a refund since the backup didn't work and I had to come in three different times. They refused to give me any sort of refund telling me I paid a "labor charge." A refund should be the bare minimum for the process they put me through. I feel lied to and scammed and now I need to go to another store to backup these photos.
If a manager sees this please respond and let me know if you can reconsider the refund as this is entirely unprofessional.

Very professional and very experienced staff. The same courtesy was extended to every customer who walking in while we were waiting for our iPad to be repaired.

Went in there cause my phone wasn’t charging, the girl working there was very helpful and got my phone cleaned up and working. Didn’t charge me a thing and saved me from buying a new phone!

Living in Utah County, it is tough to find a reputable and thorough Apple repair shop for my apple devices. Bad Apple is easily one of the most helpful, quick, and friendly Apple repair shops in the area. As part of my trade-in with Apple, I wanted to have the outside of my old device cleaned. Kelsey at Bad Apple was able to provide this service swiftly. My old machine now looks just like my new machine. Thanks Bad Apple. I'll continue going there for all my device needs.

I can’t believe the customer service that I received today. Greatly appreciated. I felt lost and not knowing what to do when my phone was hacked. I went in to bad Apple. They guided me through a lot of things to protect my phone and I feel so much better. Thank you so much, For all your help!

I came in because my phone would not recharge. The tech took my phone back and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was that a piece of the charger had broken off in the phone. He quickly removed the broken piece and gave me my phone, saying there was no charge. He said that a positive review would be appreciated and I was happy to comply. I’ll return there if I need any kind of phone/computer diagnosis.

I was having a battery problem with my phone and they fixed it quickly and for a decent price. They were quick and did it while I waited. Great customer service!
