I love visiting Barnes & Noble stores and I want to support your business, but your book prices are double the prices on Amazon. I’d love to see more competitive pricing.

Pleasant, inviting atmosphere. Friendly staff, well-behaved pet friendly store. They even allow service dog training inside. What a nice way to help the community

Love reading, love Barnes and Noble. Hate the new layout. I've lived in Utah my whole life and have been coming here ever since the 2nd grade - possibly even before that - to read and to get away. I enjoyed the cozy environment and the easy to understand layout. However, after my most recent visit, after the rearrangement of the store, I felt more stressed than anything. Feels closed off and like a maze you have no choice but to fully go through instead of just straight forward, easy to find sections. I feel like I'm walking through the book version of IKEA. It's no longer cozy. The most frustrating part is that it's harder to access sitting areas as the shelves are all very tightly pushed together, making it hard to go in a specific direction without finding yourself wandering through 6 different genres before finding a chair. It all feels very intentional - to make sure you spend longer inside, seeing more books so you feel more inclined to buy more. How very corporate and money hungry. I just hope they change it back soon and make it feel like the cozy store it once was.

There is something magical about holding a book in your hand and flipping through the pages before a purchase. Glad we still have physical book stores. Also they have adorable baby toys, gifts here. My go to for presents for anyone !

The self transformation section should be under religion.

I've been going to this bookstore for 3/4 of my life now. The smell as I walk in brings back so many memories, I feel like I'm coming home again.
This is one of the only bookstores (other than second-hand shops) that seems to have survived the rise of a certain online monolith, and I'm very glad it has.
Here you can find a new book, graphic novel, or magazine, buy a cup of your hot drink of choice (mine is peppermint herbal tea when I can get it) and sit and revel in the printed word.
Their selection is broad and covers many genres and styles. There's fiction, non-fiction, cook books, reference books, fantasy, sci-fi, young-adult, manga, DnD, cards & stationery, a whole section of books for kids of every type. They also have CDs, DVDs, vinyls, toys, games, and a bunch of other stuff worth digging through.
I'd honestly be more than a little surprised if anyone managed to walk away disappointed.

Neat bookstore, lots of titles, also lots of junk and nicknacks. Surprised the corporation is staying open with competitors like Amazon and Target who always have the same books but at a much steeper discount. I can't let my husband loose here to often or we'd be in trouble over just a few book purchases. The loyalty program is meh. Subpar.

Barnes and Noble is my favorite getaway. Whether if you've had a rough day or if you're looking for a new book, Barnes and Noble is there. I often go there, drink a coffee, look at Legos and activity books and then I go home. This is my cozy getaway!
