Poor costumer service I came to return a battery that it wasn’t used and one lady said it was ok to return but other lady came and said no she probably thought I had used it but I didn’t I got the wrong one so I no longer need it this is outstanding!!! I’m posting this on fb this is not right

Bought a powersports battery with a 1 year warranty. Brought in said battery that died and they said they couldn't warranty it for 2 days. Good thing I wasn't stranded needing the new one to get moving. Bad policy.

Wanted to charge $5 for them to recycle a laptop battery. Best Buy and Lowe’s used to offer this for free, but batteries plus was the only one left offering it free. If recycling lithium batteries costs money, they are just going to go in the trash now. And one less reason to ever go to a brick and mortar store since they can’t do anything right and at a reasonable price.
