We had an excellent car buying experience here! We’ve been car shopping for months looking for the perfect car at the perfect price and we found it here!
No pressure at all, Steph was so kind and helpful. There was a problem with our financing and she could’ve very easily said “sorry, better luck next time!” and sold the car to the next person that wanted it. Instead she took a little bit of a financial loss and was able to get us a significantly better interest rate than the credit union we were pre-approved by.
I would highly recommend buying a car here!

As of last week our family has now purchased our 4th and 5th SUV/cars from Berge Auto. Every time it has been a peaceful experience. You look, you drive, you choose, you buy. It is that simple. Make a list of everything you dislike about shopping for a vehicle. The Berge experience is exactly opposite of that. Everyone gets the same treatment. It's awesome!

Average customer service, not trustworthy or reliable, but friendly. We have purchased 3 cars from them in the last 3 years. My son's was ok (doesn't own it anymore), my daughters was a lemon (had a significant issue the moment she drove it off the lot - should have taken it back but felt sorry for them) and cost an additional 3k due to various mechanical issues before being informed that the head gasket was bad and it needed a new engine. We finally just paid it off for her and she bought a new car this week (elsewhere, of course). My wife and I bought a car from them just before our daughter which we have enjoyed, but have only put 5k miles on it. It has had a minor to medium mechanical issue (at about 45 days of purchase) which they agreed to fix but have as of yet not. We have contacted them on 5 separate occasions but have received only a song and dance for our trouble (it has been a year). I have finally given up and am marking it by posting this review. We have purchased a total of 4 cars since as a family, all elsewhere.
I just read where they responded to my post: I want you to know that they have not once reached out to us. No phone calls, and have left no messages. We have reached out to them a minimum of 5 times as mentioned, including stopping in on 3 occasions, but we were smiled at, promised, and we are still waiting to hear back from them. I am not holding my breath.

I can’t thank these guys enough! Highly recommended best around can’t beat these guys! The lower star reviews I’ve seen the opposite happen! They are mostly used vehicles and they yet still try to make sure that the vehicle you’re taking home is in the best shape, best mechanical condition possible so you can go home with a smile!
This dealership is there for you and your needs! They are genuine and very more then fair! This is how the car/vehicle industry should be!

Had an issue with my Kia soul engine light coming on and car driving in snail mode they diagnosed the clutch assembly and another sensor that was a separate issue the estimate was almost 600$ but actually came in at 491$ Brian is an awesome mechanic and fair. I went to him before to see if I could get my Kia on the hoist to look for damage after hitting a speed bump that was not painted and blended in to a parking lot that was on an overcast day. He put it on the hoist for free after seeing no signs of damage. Brian is a good man.

We love Berge Auto! Steff is the best! We bought our awesome blue Nissan Frontier from her 19 years ago and loved it. (It finally had enough wrong we got rid of it this year, but it was a fantastic vehicle.) Our son bought a Toyota Sienna there today and it was an awesome deal. Berge does a great job getting their cars in excellent condition for sale and have fair prices. They are kind and helpful and make buying a vehicle a fantastic experience. Thank you, Berge Auto!

Folks, this is the Real Deal!!! Ck this out...I've been buying cars here since 2005. I love these guys, last count was 13 cars that I've bought from them & that was over 8 years ago!! I turn cars fast, meaning new one every year or 2. They are by far the most honest, easiest to deal with ever. It has always been a great experience. Hats off to Steph, Lee, Austin & Wes!! They also have a superior mechanic shop on site. Bryan, the head mechanic knows his stuff & extremely fair prices as well!! Way to go guys!!

This was a STELLAR experience for me! I hate buying big "adult" things. New cars are especially a sore point with me. I've had a rough time with dealerships in the past (ripping me off and hidden fees), and i was not looking forward to trying to get a new car.
Stephanie was the kindest, most honest, funniest, upstanding auto dealer (and human) that I have had the pleasure of meeting. She gave me options, and she listened to what I liked/disliked about the cars and never pressured me into picking something specific. Signing the paperwork was a breeze, and there were no hidden fees! ? she worked with me on getting the monthly payments to something I could afford, and all the way around, it was just a good experience.
I will be recommending Berge Auto to everyone I know!
