The employees were friendly, but they wouldn’t let me exchange my item even though I was only one day past their policy. I was trying to spend more money on a better product, but I guess they’d rather stick to the rules than make the sale.

How is this location still operating?! Their lack of customer service over at least 10+ years since I worked at another Best Buy blows my mind. Not one but two reps in the mobile section didn’t even say hi and one of them one a manager/GM. Nor did the lady at the front door. As I was in the back another person asked for help and the guy said he couldn’t and instead of using his headset like an associate who actually cares to ask for support he just walked away. Save your money and go else where. This location is the prime example of why people have started buying online.

4 stars because Jeremy figured out what happened to our projector when the installer couldn't find it at the store. Otherwise, it would be 1 star. Jeremy canceled the store pickup and ordered it for home delivery. Now we'll see if it arrives on time. The next install appointment is 2 weeks from now. Definitely think Best Buy should do better in making sure things are in store for scheduled installations!

Went to look for new samsung 95 d no store had it . I did see the 90d in the orem store it was a customer return it had a good price but buying a high-end t.v is to risky they told me you could only return for 48 hrs. I felt like best buy is struggling no longer has experts to answer any technical questions.

Unfortunately, the staff did not even try to help us, we came at 7 pm, they said that you can come tomorrow at 10 am, although we explained that we were passing through. It's not a good impression.

A totally recommended store ?All their employees always welcome us very friendly with a smile and a greeting.
On one occasion we were assisted by a very kind and efficient young man named Jacob. He speaks different languages. He explained and helped us perfectly with what we needed. ??

I use to love Best Buy. However; now you cannot even talk to a local store. I pay 200.00 a year for their membership which I am canceling. I was trying to order a phone and cannot even do it on their website. Over best buy.
