They offered me a 6-month warranty, but after month 5 the washing machine broke down and they wanted to charge me $150 to fix it. There was no warranty because it was apparently due to use.

I would not go there I bought a fridge from them for$800 it never did work my renter said that it leaked all over the floor. After numerous phone calls I had them come get it they said it wasn't no responsibility I ended up fixing it. then two weeks later it didn't get cold, it didn't work. Then I wanted to trade it in and they didn't speak English bad experience don't go there

I rarely go back and change reviews but this place didn’t stand behind what they agreed to.
First off If you leave a 5 star review they extend your warranty by 3 months so a lot of the reviews are “purchased” and they don’t actually stand behind it.
Our fridge would randomly leak about every two weeks from the first day we got it. They came out once and said nothing was wrong. The issue persisted and the unfortunate thing was that we were then ghosted. we talked to them and they never came out then we no longer were able to get ahold of them even with leaving voice mails and calling different times. It was starting to warp cabinets until finally I did it myself and figured out the drip pan in the bottom had multiple cracks and needed to be replaced.
I will give it to them they did fix the dial on the washer when they first came out because it was glitching out. But 2 of the 3 things we purchased did have issues.
Original review: Great prices and super helpful. Got our washer, dryer and fridge from them.

They were so helpful and very nice. Delivery was supposed to just be to my driveway and the owner helped me get it in my door because my husband wasn't home. We have used the washer for 2 months now and have zero issues! Would definitely come back!

Horrible services, I bough a dryer machine and I was told, that if I leave a good review they will give me a 6 month warranty, literally the machine stop working and now they saying I have to paid for them to see and fix the machine that I don’t even have 4 month of purchase, horrible experience don’t buy anything in this place.

I came in looking for a new washer and they had an amazing selection for great prices I think they have some of the best brands on the market and they also have some amazing costumer service and amazing vibe in general 10/10 on everything

Next appliance was great to work with. He came out on a Sunday during closed hours to meet with us so we could pick up a washer and dryer. Also have great prices and clean appliances.

Got an almost NEW front load washer for the price of older ones that are not nearly as nice. Delivered, installed. With a 90 day warranty. Great spot for used appliances.

Found the appliances we needed, they worked with us on holding it and loaded it when the time came. Didn't have any issues at all. When we went the first time they had only 1 sells person on the floor, 2nd time there was 2. All in all though they have reasonably priced items, was easy to work with and a very cute guard dog.

Waited for 30 or so minutes before an employee came up and asked if I was needing any help. Once I got the help they were fantastic. Just annoyed that I waited and walked around for 20-30 minutes before someone asked if I needed help.
