Before traveling all the way up to the store, I decided to call in to make sure they had what I needed. After asking them to see what sizes they had in adult pants they put me on hold for 5 minutes. They came back saying they had several in the size I wanted and in many colors and brands. After driving the 33mi from my house to the store I went to look for the pants I had asked them about, only to find out they didn't have any in any size or color even at the store................

It's decent spring goods store. If you need to grab something that's really common then check them out. If you need something specialized then it's not really going to be here.

A month ago, I bought some googles at this store. Two weeks later, I noticed that the elastic band was damaged, but I couldn't return to the store until two weeks later due to lack of time. I've never had problems returning a product even without a receipt; my credit card statement can prove that I purchased the item there. However, this time was different. In addition to that, the store employee's attitude was terrible; he was annoyed about having to do his job. I didn't let him know that returns and product issues are part of the service they should offer, but I think he believes that customers are disposable once they swipe their card.
Really bad attitude from someone who thinks they will get a prize for trying to hold onto 26 dollars for their employer. ???

Ran in Saturday morning needing cleets at the last minute. The gentleman who greeted me met me at the shoes and quickly grabbed what we needed. Talk about understanding the assignment. You sir should get employee of the month. Excellent customer service skills. Was in and out in under 5 minutes.
