I called asking if I could have brakes replaced that late afternoon and Jeremy was quick to get me in not more than ten minutes after I called. Pleasantly received while I explained that I was told elsewhere that they needed to be replaced. He took the vehicle back and then after inspection shared in detail that I was good to go for a while longer. Appreciate the quick appointment and honest feedback / explanation:)

I had a great experience at Big O Tires! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done. I was especially impressed with how fast they got my car taken care of — in and out quicker than I expected. Really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome. They really helped me out in a pinch when no one else would or could. Feels more of a mom and pop shop than a big company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.

Went in for a alignment got back home only to realize my parts were all scratched. These are not cheap upgraded parts, I got told it was my fault for not asking them to be careful with my things. I asked for my refund back, got told they wanted to just throw paint on it. Worst part is the alignment was still off. They wanted to try and redo the alignment but after the way i had been treated i told them not to touch it anymore. When paying 180 for a alignment you come to expect quality work, instead i got my brand new expensive parts scratched. If you have put money into a nice lift or aftermarket parts I'd stay away.
posted pictures of just a few, but there is more all over it. He could have at least picked one point to use not all over. And manger agrees its wrong, but said he wouldn't do anything more for me besides my my refund and some spray paint. Not the experience I was hoping for.

I've been going to this location for about 7 years. the employees are well-trained they've always honored their warranty.
Recently came in for an alignment check and the employee was very honest and turned out I didn't need to realign my tires.

I took my car somewhere else yesterday and had a truly awful experience that ended in me leaving without getting my tires replaced. Went to Big O this morning and was in and out in 20 minutes. Special shoutout to Kevin. He was polite, patient, and explained everything clearly. This location in particular was fantastic

this store on more than one occasion has not just flat out mis diagnosed problems and lied about repairs that were needed they did so knowing what they were sayiing were flat out lies because they themselves had just done the same repairs less than a few months ago on the same car. This is flat out theft and fraud.
If you feel they are being dishonest with you ask for a copy of the quote they give you and take it to another mechanic is what i reccomend. you will notice they are very reluctant to let you have any hard copy of a quote they may give that should serve as a warning for you.
This is the one warning im giving them to stop doing this. we live in an age where cameras are everywhere and you no longer can be dishonest like this and get away with it. this store gives the entire trade a bad name and im not having it. and i will remind them that being ignorant does not give you the right to steal. and thats all im gonna say.

I went in for an alignment and an oil change and was presented with $3500 of repairs I was “in desperate need of”. I took my car home to look at, and every piece of faulty equipment was immaculate. A second operation confirmed there were NO repairs I actually needed. Thanks Big O for trying to scam me out of thousands of dollars. I’m never coming back.

Ask for Kevin! He’s great and he took the stress off me with my truck issues. No more shaking steering wheel!!! Told him the problem and he knew what was wrong immediately!!! Went back the 2nd time in 1 month and he helped me with my left blinker bulb issue (got it fixed) and also said I needed a new battery soon. Did it on the spot. In and Out like 40mins. Reliable, Honest opinion and FAST!!! Next will be brand new tires at BigO. Happy Summer everyone and stay safe!
