These guys were great. I needed a replacement pulldown hose for my kitchen sink and didn't know the brand. They helped me track it down and even though they didn't sell it, helped me track down the model number and brand so I could buy it online. True customer service.

BJ plumbing! They are the best. I used to get plumbing and sprinkler supplies from the big box stores, but the availability and quality of supplies here is so much better. Now I get it exclusively from BJ. Try it, you will not regret it. Nice people here, and if you have any questions about anything, they got you.

BJ Plumbing Supply has a fantastic group of guys running it. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When I had a serious problem with my shower, they not only helped my get the right part to get it fixed, but took that part back, hassle-free, and credited me the purchase price toward the more expensive replacement part when I had problems getting the old one apart. I ended up fully replacing the valve instead of just the cartridge in it, but they made the financial part of the whole ordeal as easy for me as they could.

We went to a few other places and were told the part we needed would be hard to find unless we went straight to the manufacturer. We walked in to get a second opinion from these guys and within 30 seconds the employee knew what part we needed and found it in two minutes! Fast and inexpensive! 10/10 service!

Are you an inspiring DIY and regularly attend YouTube University and does each job require multiple visits to the store? If so, I strongly recommend BJ Plumbing as your default supply store for all things plumbing. I usually go to Lowe's. When they didn't have the correct cartridges for my bathtub, they suggested I try Home Depot or BJ Plumbing. When Home Depot didn't have what I needed, they also suggested BJ Plumbing. Not only did BJ Plumbing have everything thing I needed (at a better price) but the gentleman helping me, gave me advise that I didn't get on any of the seven YouTube videos. It saved me another trip.

This place is fantastic!! Walked in with my frost free spigot and talked with the guy behind the counter. He knew I needed a rebuild kit and showed me how all the different parts went on. I had spent 30 minutes on the internet trying to figure it out and it took me 4 minutes in the store to get the part, get an explanation and pay. I’d have spent an hour at Home Depot and it’s mostly young kids who don’t know much. Never going anywhere else for plumbing stuff. Not worth the hassle. These guys know their stuff and saved me a ton of time. Worth every penny.

I have never found more helpful employees than who they have at BJ Plumbing. I recently replaced a water heater and faucet at my home. Each employee spent time with me, answered all my questions, and gave very helpful advice. They seem to welcome everyone the same way.
