I have worked with Bluefin Office Group for many years and cannot speak highly enough about their commitment to service, the quality of their staff, and their willingness to be a real partner, not just a supplier. They have done projects with me in multiple states that stretched them WAY out of their everyday business comfort zone. They have always been fair and competitive on price, have been knowledgeable and transparent about options, and steered me to a path that accomplished what I needed. Wherever I go, they will be a part of my team.

I came in looking for a whiteboard for my home office, and when they didn't have the item I was looking for in store, they were able to get it in by the next morning. I was expecting a pretty significant price hike, but I actually got a much higher quality product for a similar price to Office Depot. Helpful staff, fair prices, responsive service.

They do not want your business! I attempted 3 times to do business with this company and long story short... they don't want your business. 1st attempt: I spent an hour with a representative giving him my office layout. He was supposed to get back with me the following Monday with furniture options. Tuesday gets here and I email to check the status. He says he hasn't gotten to it and will call tomorrow. This was 3 months ago and I sill have not heard from him. 2nd attempt: I found my desks elsewhere but liked some chairs I saw at my last visit so I went on a Saturday. They weren't open! Luckily there were 2 men there who let me in. I expressed interest in these chairs and described my previous experience. I was told "that's not right. We will make this right." I did get a follow up email (later than promised) but the info they sent was not close to what I was looking for! 3rd attempt: finally fed up I purchased chairs elsewhere but wanted one particular chair from them. I responded to their email requesting info on this one chair... no response! I should have walked away just on principle at that time but it took me walking into their store AGAIN! To make a purchase. It's really too bad. I was ready to spend $10k with them and ended up buying a $300 chair. Funny enough the company I did end up using knew exactly who I was talking about when I described my experience. Go to quality used office furniture in American fork instead! They are amazing to work with and are completely priced!
