Steve came to help me with some doors that had shifted on our new home. He was fantastic to work with. He showed up on time and got everything to swing smoothly. He took that time to explain what was going on and how he went about fixing it. Truly an awesome experience and very helpful in finally getting my bathroom door to close all the way. Lumber was supposed to be delivered on Friday, then, "for sure" Monday. They said they would give me some notice so I could be home when the wood arrived - didn't happen. When they finally showed up, unannounced, (three days late) my wife told the driver to unload it on our driveway, but he dumped it on the lawn and left. This company is terrible at communication, follow up and listening to instructions.

We ordered 7 doors and all the trim for our basement from this company. They told us over the phone that when they delivered they would put it in our basement or wherever we wanted it. (I have a terrible back so this was important) when they arrived the worker refused to put it anywhere but the garage. Disappointing. When we got it all down into the basement we realized two doors were not what we expected (handles on the wrong side)and there had been confusion on the order. We called and asked if we could bring the doors back in and exchange them. They refused to help us in anyway, said we'd have to buy all new doors. Extremely poor customer service for someone who has purchased thousands of dollars worth of material from them.

We're remodeling and had a lot of questions about materials we needed. Thanks to Aaron we were able to get all of our questions answered quickly and to our satisfaction. He was genuine in just wanting to help out. We now know what our next steps are and even have a quote on materials cost. The visit was very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Back in may we ordered some doors, baseboards, and crown moulding. We did not hear anything for months and could not get anyone to call us back. In July, we had some guys randomly show up without letting us know and drop off a stack of baseboards and three out of the five doors. To make it better they left it outside at our neighbors house!! Today once again they decide to make a surprise drop off, this time leaving the crown moulding in the rain! Once again they could not call or bring it to the correct house. I don’t know who decides to send random pieces of the order without any notification, but they should be fired. I am beyond tired of calling and somehow we still don’t have our complete order!! They have now made two deliveries to the wrong place, leaving it outside and have no decency to give us a call and let us know when they are coming!! They are so incredibly unprofessional!!

AWFUL SERVICE. when you open the doors, it looks like an online sales company or call center, everyone on their computer and me waiting for minutes for someone to help me, I got tired and turned around and left. I went to another store that perhaps cost me a little expensive material for my house and other work, I had good customer service and most importantly. I was able to get what I needed.

The worst service ever and they kept delaying my order when they told me another time. When I went to pick up my lumber they gave me the wrong price s and tried to make me pay more. Don’t go with them
