It states online that the Orem store's hours on Sundays are from 12 pm to 4 pm. So I waited 2 hours to go there and when I got there after 12:00...it was closed, and the store hours posted on the door says open from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. only. I wasted my whole day trying to get my phone working, which still isn't working.

Trying to cancel them and port your number is beyond difficult. They don’t do inside the store and you have to wait hours and hours to get this accomplished. Worst phone place ever. Don’t use them ever.

Valentino offered amazing customer service! Got my bill paid and got me an upgrade from my old device. He personally set up my screen protector and case perfectly! Its employees like him that will keep me coming back. Also had a good time talking about being new in Utah.

The person at the register had no idea what he was doing, spoke poor english, and gave me the wrong simcard for my phone, although he did let me exchange it for another even after I had removed it from its cardEdit, the card does not work, my guess is because it wasn't checked out at the register. If i ever want to go to a boost store it is definitely not this one. Go to the one in provo.
