We arrived after closing. Since we knew what we were looking for, they let us in. The item we were looking for wasn't on the shelf. They searched the store and actually found one. The last one in the store. I felt this was above and beyond.

I called from out of state looking for a larger grinder disc that would fit a Bosch grinding attachment I had bought from them 30 years ago. The young woman who attended me was very polite and professional. She helped me find a very obscure part and put in a special order for it. I had it within a week at a reasonable price. Excellent service!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I'm just shocked. Just watch out the prices! From the 5 things I got 4 of them were double the price of Walmart. Doubled!! I couldn't find the fifth thing to compare. So if you are trying to get things that you can't get anywhere else it might be worth the price but just check other stores to compare prices. I was told that my receipt was in the bag but I couldn't find it anywhere so I don't know their return policy but I would honestly return everything I bought if I could.

Best kitchen specialty store around. Anytime I come in to browse, I find something worth taking home. Big selection of cookie cutters, spatulas and other utensils. They sell my favorite vegetable peeler, Kuhn rikon, and paring knife, victorinox. They also sell spices and bulk grains. We also bought our Bosch dishwasher here, they had the best price and soonest availability to pick up. Customer service is good too. Highly recommend!
