Completed my purchase today. The salesman was helpful. The financial department was trying to pressure on the warranty. I am buying a Toyota so I don't have to rely on a warranty, he sounded like that thing will explode if I don't buy warranty.

From beginning to end of the car purchase Austin was courteous, respectful, helpful, and understanding. Traits that 'connect' with the customer on a personal level. He went the extra mile and delivered the car to our home the morning after the evening I purchased the car. He took time to help my wife and I connect our phones to the media system. We purchased a Corolla Cross and are looking forward to enjoying many miles on the road in a dependable car. The process of buying a car wasn't so bad! In fact, it was a positive experience over all.

As a single woman, walking into a dealership can be a bit intimidating but I felt very taken care of at Orem Toyota! Adrian helped make the experience smooth and painless. I was given a fair value on my trade in and walked out of there feeling completely satisfied and happy with my new purchase. Definitely would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I'd give the salesperson, Gage, 5 stars for being clear and helpful. But unfortunately in my experience with person helping me with finances, I did not have a good experience. He was very pushy on trying to get me to add a dealership warranty that I repeatedly said I did not want. Then he proceeded to create the paperwork for me to sign, and I caught the additional warranty charge in it AFTER I had already declined this extra charge. If I hadn't been paying attention, I would have had to pay the extra charges on my loan.

In my opinion, this is not a very good company to buy a car through. They were misleading when my brother purchased a vehicle and took advantage of the fact he is a trusting individual. He was upside/down on his loan immediately by thousands of dollars. I understand they are a business that needs to be profitable, but this seemed in excess. I do not believe they act in good faith and have shown that they care more about making as much money as they can instead of helping their customers. My own experience with their parts department has not been great. I hope other people either steer clear or have better interactions than we have had.

It took 150 days to purchase a RAV4 Limited Edition with most of the Options available. On an all gas vehicle I was not wanting a hybrid auto John and lucas worked hard to accommodate my desires. Also had to add extras to get the best look possible for us. They did a Great job. I was disappointed in Honda that I usually purchased from. Not many options available in an all Gas Vehicle. Just hoping Toyota has a Great product also. Hopefully they will accommodate people that are not that happy to purchase Hybrid or Electric vehicles. Very happy so far. Joseph and Connie Wall
