While this company has changed a LOT when it comes to the entire customer experience, the employees at this location make up for the highway robbery costs, lack of atmosphere, and overall experience. Savannah, Amber, and Emily all take pride in their jobs and made sure, to the best of their ability, that my daughter had a good and comfortable experience. Amber was so sweet from the second we walked in and Savannah was so great with my kid while we were working with her as well.

Savannah at the Orem location was FANTASTIC. She went above and beyond to make our little boy's birthday special, not only for him but she also included all his siblings for a magical experience. The store is always clean and has a great selection when we go in. Always a birthday treat to look forward to!

Emily hosted my daughter’s birthday party. It was so fun. She was really fun with the kids and did a great job. Sarah was so helpful in helping me set the party up beforehand. I really appreciate her help. Both of them seem so good at their job. They seem like they really care about kids and want to make it a fun experience. If you do a party here I would ask for a host that is fun and likes kids because I’m not sure all the employees are as happy about working with kids as they are.

We took two of our granddaughters to this location. The staff was patient and so helpful. Our granddaughters had a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back!

I had a horrible experience at build a bear today. I took my 13, 8, and 4 year old kids to the mall today and got them bears. It was the first time taking my kids there and it was a very different experience I have ever had since I went so much when I was little. No one greeted us. To walk us through what we do. The girl that stuffed the bears did not act like she wanted to be there at all and did not make it a fun experience for any of my children. I understand they have a script, but when working in a store with kids it’s should be ✨magical✨. I almost put down the bears and said we are leaving. We spend $150 dollars after 3 bears and outfits. The store wasn’t even packed/busy. I remember someone walking us through. Helping us pick a sound if we wanted, showing us the clothes that went with the bear they chose, and letting us know about the birth certificate. We almost missed that. I am 33. Last time I went I was like 13 so I didn’t remember all the steps. I do though remember having someone walking us through. I even told the girl stuffing the bears that it was their first time here. She didn’t seem to care. I just think for what we pay families deserve more.

Okay tbh I love this place but it is EXPENSIVE
I paid $65 for a stuffed animal a toy shirt and a toy skirt
I also heard someone ask how much it was and it was a $25 plushy and the cashier said “ with tax it will be $27.99”
Like make it more aford able
Why so much money bruh

It's a little pricey, but it's more than worth it. It made my daughters day. The heart ceremony is the best part of making the bear.

We took my brother to do a hello kitty. He is on the spectrum and loves hello kitty. Emily was so cute to him and so sweet and did her best to make it a great experience, even taking our picture for us. She was amazing and we really enjoyed the experience.

We've never been to a build a bear before. It was busy and we were kind of confused on what we needed to do. The staff was pulled multiple different directions, but they really did a great job and made the experience so special for my kiddos. We wouldn't hesitate on going back, overall it was a great experience.
