Terrible manager. Super unhelpful. Would not help me get a price adjustment even though I was in the 2 week window. She talked down to me. I do not appreciate being talked to that way. Will not shop here again.

Terrible service, I went to return a garment that had never been worn and because it was wrinkled and according to Mrs. Laura who works in the store, she does not comply with the return policies. It seems stupid to me. My baby had a wedding and I had to wear him with jeans instead of his pants. because the service was not bad

I refuse to shop here anymore. It seems like every other time I come into this store, there is an employee (I'm assuming the manager) by the name of Lara that speaks to the other employees so condesendingly and disrespectfully. I'm sure they aren't being paid enough to listen to that, and I'm not sure how they can stand it. I will no longer be supporting companies that allow this kind of toxic management. She has always been kind to me as a customer, but that doesn't mean much to me now that I see how she treats the staff.

The mail you defective clothing and want take them back if the tags taken off. And they are very very rude about it. I literally had yhe clothes in house e days there is no way I could have do anything to the clothes. For what you get they are way too expensive.

We had placed an online order and when we got to the store we were held by Laura. We were in and out of the store in less than two minutes. Laura was very professional, very kind and very quick! Very satisfied with our purchase and the customer service we received. We had brought our little kids and she was so nice to them. Thank you, Laura. You’re awesome!

Love all the variety I found white shirt onesies with buttons. Clothes are pretty pricey but good variety.

This is a very friendly place, my wife son and daughter-in-law enjoyed their shopping here. I was playing with my granddaughter playing peekaboo with a teddy bear, and the staff joined in with laughter and fun. Thank you for the smiles and the good memories.
