Great communication and staff. Cascade made the whole process simple and easy. They sent daily text updates to let me know progress, where the car was in the repair process and expected finish date. Payment was handled through insurance so I don’t really know how their pricing compares.

I’m very impressed with cascade collision! I have been in 5 car accidents in 5 years (all not my fault) and as you can imagine it’s very frustrating having to get your car fixed so many times. I have taken it to a different place in Orem the last few times and never have felt it looked the same as it did prior to the accidents. I picked up my car today and it looked brand new! I’ve been making everyone I know come and look how good it looks! Very impressed with the quality, how fast they were able to get me in and how communicative they were throughout the whole process. I hope the curse is over and people will stop running into me , but if I need collision repairs in the future I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I was able to get my truck fixed in a reasonable time, and they even sped up the process a little to accommodate to my needs. Friendly staff and easy to work with, and they even detailed the interior as well!!

My car was taken to Cascade Collision after an accident. No repair work was done due to the age of the car and the damage incurred by the accident.

I love Cascade Collision Repair in Orem, because they always provide excellent customer service. My car was rear ended, and Cascade replaced parts and painted my car very nicely. My car looks like brand new again. They provided me a Honda Civic to drive while my car was in shop. I feel sorry that I didn’t have time to fill out the gas tank for them, but they said please don’t worry about it. Skyler is amazing, and she was the one helped me through my difficult time after the car accident. I am so happy that I can drive my car, and it looks like brand new again. ❤️❤️❤️
