If I could give this branch zero stars I would. Every time we have come here, the staff is uneducated and cause us to visit another location where we get our concerns and issues addressed promptly without fail.
Something as simple as cashing a savings bond as the beneficiary they could not do, and had to look up on chase's website and in the end said they weren't able to. We went to another branch and it was a quick easy process. Please educate your staff, we will not be back and we wouldn't suggest anyone else come here either.

You guys are the worst at answering your phones. I called last Saturday. I called this Saturday. It always says you are busy and tells me to call back another day.
Also, my mother is not able to walk and is in the ICU. You guys want her to come in person to add a beneficiary to her account. While other banks let us video call, docu sign, verify who she is on the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this bank at all!!!!

Multiple negative experiences here. For an account I had they requested I bring in more documents so they could keep the account open. I brought in the documents but they closed my account anyway without talking with me. They are often unable to help me in the bank location and tell me I have to call a phone number. The robot system is very unpleasant and takes forever to be able to speak to a human that can actually help me with my account. Bad business and bad experience as a customer. I have better experiences at other banks and will probably close all my accounts with Chase.

What a terrible experience trying to open a new account, the clerks were useless and just referred us online to open an account online to which it won't let us, then when we try to call to make any sort of appointment with their bankers no-one answers. not only are the employees not helpful but chase's app and website are even worse.

Staff are nice and efficient - it's never too busy here. Loses a star for me on the fact that the entrance to the parking lot is awful to enter if you're coming from the north, thanks to traffic and the lack of a safe traffic median as it's taken up by an opposite-direction turn lane. And the parking lot is not in the best condition when you leave either, so I guess always try to come from the south and watch out for potholes.

Ok with banking but don't answer the phone when you need it, $50 has not been refunded back to me for over 3 weeks ive been waiting told I would get my money back in 4-5 business Days I've called over 5 times on a Tuesday morning I'm pretty sure they aren't busy and are just being lazy and not answering the phone
