What a terrible experience trying to open a new account, the clerks were useless and just referred us online to open an account online to which it won't let us, then when we try to call to make any sort of appointment with their bankers no-one answers. not only are the employees not helpful but chase's app and website are even worse.

Staff are nice and efficient - it's never too busy here. Loses a star for me on the fact that the entrance to the parking lot is awful to enter if you're coming from the north, thanks to traffic and the lack of a safe traffic median as it's taken up by an opposite-direction turn lane. And the parking lot is not in the best condition when you leave either, so I guess always try to come from the south and watch out for potholes.

Ok with banking but don't answer the phone when you need it, $50 has not been refunded back to me for over 3 weeks ive been waiting told I would get my money back in 4-5 business Days I've called over 5 times on a Tuesday morning I'm pretty sure they aren't busy and are just being lazy and not answering the phone

Why list a number for your business if its just an automated Chase Robot?! No local branch number found anywhere except for Michelle Trabbia who doesn't answer her phone. Not helpful banking.

Kevin the manager and his staff went beyond expectations today.The University location in Provo which had more employees and less customers couldn't or wouldn't take six minutes to update a simple DBA procedure. I can see that Kevin knows how to run a good business. Give him a raise :)

Go to this location if you need business to be taken care of. Kevin and his staff are outstanding. They quickly completed a simple task with great customer service unlike the 300 University branch in Provo (Ayee caramba!). Tip of the day: Avoid the Provo location and just come here to save you time and energy.

The drive thru ATM is always out of service. I rarely go to a physical location, but when I do it's to deposit cash. Oftentimes after hours. I bank with Chase for the convenience, but it's becoming increasingly frustrating when more often than not the drive thru ATM is broke.

Very disappointed. I am the customer for over 20 years. No service and asked another time for service. I was there for service after 2 pm. other lady said after 4 pm. without saying"sorry" Chase has to check customer service...

Not sure why most of the reviews are quarrels with Chase bank policies and issues and not with this specific branch... but anyways, I was greeted warmly just walking into the bank. The tellers were fast. The account managers were very professional in helping me get a new account set up. Highly recommend this branch
