What’s up with the metal bars? I haven’t been here for a few years but they didn’t have these before. I get it’s probably for safety but the entire movie all I see is this bar. I tried to sit up as much as I could to avoid seeing it and it still was there. Unless you’re very tall this is all you see… Also it was way too loud even for a movie theatre.

My go-to theater and my favorite Cinemark in recent years! I love that all the seats come with recliners, so there’s no need to pay extra for that luxury. I’ve seen many movies here and plan to keep coming back. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect—it truly captures the essence of a great movie theater environment.

Seats were comfortable even sitting on the second row. Popcorn did have a lot of unpopped kernels but at least I got a refill on my drink on the way out

Enjoy watching Inside out 2 with kids.
Next time I will bring a blanket, it was little bit chilly inside.

We went to morning showing of Horizon, last Tuesday. The lobby and theater were filthy. Workers were sweeping up & wiping down counters from the day before. Very gross!

University Mall Cinemark used to be my favorite theater, but I was pretty disappointed the last time we went. Things were super dirty, a few drink options were out of order, a lot of staff to help, but only one of them jumping in to actually help while the others just stood around. Super bummed.

Cinemark University Mall is a fantastic movie theater for families! It's incredibly clean, with comfortable seating and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Perfect for enjoying the latest films with loved ones in a pristine environment!
