I got my second lobe piercings done here but i have two complaints about it. The piercing on the left ear still gets easily inflamed and infected even though it's been months since they were pierced. The piercing on the right ear was a bit too close to the first piercing on the right.

My daughter got her ears pierced and it was a really fun experience. Kristen was so helpful and kind, explaining everything along the way. She was kind enough to give my squirmy toddler a snack. It was overall very enjoyable. My daughter loves her new earrings.

I almost fainted when I got my ears pierced and the staff was incredible! They were so kind and let me take as long as I needed to feel stable again. They even brought me water and a chair to sit in so that I didn't fall. I'd definitely recommend going there just because of how kind and understanding the 2 women were.

This is an awesome store. Staff is very friendly and knows how to go the extra mile for all the little girls that go in to get pierced for their very first time. They make it pretty friendly, easy and non stressful event.

Visited recently because I have been wanting a new piercing! It was fast. Service was great thanks to Yaya! I am really happy with my piercing it has been healing great! Got myself a cute pair of earrings while I was there!
